My husband and I along with my brother in law took one of the two-story top-floor apartments for three nights and it was a really good value at 124 Euro a night for three adults. The design of the suites is a little weird, with the beds all in the same part of the apartment -- I think my brother in law might have preferred more privacy -- but really a nice, clean, well furnished basic apartment with two nice bathrooms (one with a giant tub), skylights, a kitchenette, sofa, table & living area. Having two floors definitely made all staying together less claustrophobic. There's no bar or real common area, besides the breakfast room, and I'd skip the hotel's breakfast, which looked pretty gross (there are bakeries around the corner on the way to the IP Pavlova metro stop, so it's not that big a problem). Location is slightly out of the main tourist area but very close to the metro, so you're never far from anything. I'd stay again.
