My husband and I along with my brother in law took one of the two-story top-floor apartments for three nights and it was a really good value at 124 Euro a night for three adults. The design of the suites is a little weird, with the beds all in the same part of the apartment -- I think my brother in law might have preferred more privacy -- but really a nice, clean, well furnished basic apartment with two nice bathrooms (one with a giant tub), skylights, a kitchenette, sofa, table & living area. Having two floors definitely made all staying together less claustrophobic. There's no bar or real common area, besides the breakfast room, and I'd skip the hotel's breakfast, which looked pretty gross (there are bakeries around the corner on the way to the IP Pavlova metro stop, so it's not that big a problem). Location is slightly out of the main tourist area but very close to the metro, so you're never far from anything. I'd stay again.

Dear Traveler,
thank you for your feedback! We are very happy that you liked our apartments.
It is a good and ideal choice when you are more than 2 travelling.
We are sorry you did not try our breakfast service: we have a pretty big choice and all the food and beverage are top quality products. Anyway, as you mentioned the area is well served with cafes, restaurants, clubs and much more and also close to the historical centre: max. 15 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and one stop by Metro!
We hope to have you back soon!
Warm regards from all the Hotel Raffaello Staff

This hotel was not what we expected when we arrived! Firstly, we had a car (and noted this when we booked) and they originally said there would be a carpark, but when we got there they couldn't provide one. We had to park at another hotel about 2 kilometers away and they didn't offer us a shuttle or lift to an from the carpark. Secondly, the receptionist was grumpy and unhelpful and spoke so quietly we had no idea what she was saying. Th wifi in the room was average. There was no shower in the bathroom, it was just a bath tub with a hand held shower head in it. the breakfast was appalling! Stale bread, tinned fruit, old and dry frankfurts. Also the breakfast room was dirty. We asked for a cup of tea one night and they said they could only offer us hot water and we would have to pay for a tea bag.

The one good thing was that the rooms were relatively clean.

Dear traveler,
We are disappointed about your review and we are sorry to hear that our hotel and our services did not satisfied you. We would like to point that all the information about the hotel are clear on our official webpages, i.e. the Hotel Raffaello has no parking area, all rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower or bathtube.
We do not know where you got this misleading information about our hotel.
Concerning the breakfast we are sorry it did not meet your taste but we can guarantee the freshness and quality of the food we serve. Besides, any bar/cafe service is an extra therefore it is a service that needs to be paid. At the moment of the booking it is clearly mentioned that rates include accommodation and breakfast, which means that all the other extras have to be paid.
We would like anyway to thank you for your comment and we hope you will give Hotel Raffaello a second chance.

Best regards,

Hotel Tyl Staff

What a nice hotel, I loved the room, we had our own little private balcony and it was so wonderful! I really appreciated the service and that when we didn't want the room cleaned, they left us a really nice little cleaning bag on the door with fresh towels and paper, it was really great. I'll definitely think about staying here again, it was a great value for money. Breakfast was an added bonus too. Thank you!

Stayed for one night. Nice hotel, without any fuss.

The breakfast was mediocre at best, but otherwise a good visit.

Our staying at the hotel Raffaello was very nice. just a 2 minutes to the metro station I.P. Pavlova, 2 stations to the main railways station or 15 minutes by walk. Rooms was large and very clean, the bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but coffee could be better. The street Legerova is noisy, but if you will booking the garden side room – it will be amazing. Incredible staff.

Room Tip: Is recommended to get the room with garden view
