The staff here couldn't be more helpful, ask for whatever you need! The breakfast is really good, plenty of good fresh food and loads of choice. The room was spacious, clean and well serviced. No complaints at all. Really well located for the town and for travelling to the O2 ...

We stayed three nights at the Falkensteiner Maria Prag. As we arrived by bus from the airport which drops of at the railway station this was a very good location. Location only a couple of blocks from downtown area. Front desk staff very good.

If you just want a taste of Prague 3 nights 4 days is good. Location is central, walking distance to all the major attractions, no need to take metro. It's across the street from Praha metro/long distance buses, so just roll the suitcase & you're there in 8 mins. The room is a little small, outdated & quite hot, don't think the AC actually worked. Be very cautious about the shower floor - very slippery when wet, I slipped & fell face down outside the shower on the slate floor, asked for ice and they don't really seem to care much. Good thing I didn't crack open my cheek bone! When I checked out I told them again that they need some sort of nonslip mat or rubber for safety and they just didn't seem to care. Other than this incident, it was a pretty good hotel, breakfast was delicious.
