“Total Gem”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

Like most great discoveries, I found this place completely by accident. Even though it was right around the corner from my hotel, they've only been open for a few months and still a bit under the radar. Better for those in the know!

This is a tiny space, maybe 600sf, but very nicely balanced space that exudes luxury & privacy. There's a very well equipped bar and they play light, ambient music in the background. Their extensive wine & champagne is very impressive as their light fare menu is equally tasteful and satisfying. Great coffee drinks and desserts are available here as well.

Overall, this place just oozes ambience & in some was is "not Prague". It's cafe parisienne & definitely worth a visit.

“A find”

Tucked away just behind the Hotel Paris, we had a very nice goats-cheese tatin and dessert, and a good glass of house red. Service was friendly and attentive.

“French mode de vie in Prague - Uncomplicated excellence”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

Another visit in CP turned out to be an excellent choice. The service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere comfortable. As we were a quite large group (8 people) we have tried almost everything on the menu. We had the foie gras, roast beef, carpaccio, club sandwich with salmon, fruit salad, spinach cream soup, and the vegetable cream soup. We could tell that everything has been made of well-selected, high-end ingredients and all meals therefore tasted appetizingly. The same applies for the drinks served at CP. We had hugos and cuba libres. It has been a pleasure to spend time in this lovely café and we can recommend it to everybody who visits Prague and looks for uncomplicated and yet high end refreshment for a good value for money. Cheers!
