Reviewers are confusing two different places: one is the Powder Gate in the Old Town, just beside the Municipal House, and the other is the Powder Tower, up in the Prague Castle that oversees the city. The Powder Gate is blackened by many years without cleaning, and has little interest. The Powder Tower is circular, has been cleaned, but has no interest either. Inside you can only see three floors of military uniforms. For the Powder Tower you pay a fee, but is not worth.
