If you are looking for a great place to stay in Prague "THIS IS IT" the rooms are clean and large, the service is fantastic, the people are great from Milan who picked us up from the airport to the entire staff at the hotel. My wife and I would recommend this hotel highly.

Just stayed for 3 nights in this lovely little hotel. There are only 8 rooms, we were in room 3 which was very spacious, excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful from the airport pick up to making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Facilities were good, tea/coffee making, TV, DVD player, wi fi, free use of the computer in reception.

Only downside was the walk into town which was downhill, too many steps to navigate, even worse on the way back! However taxis are cheap and reception will order one for you, only take official taxis in the street with phone no's on the doors.

Highly recommended.

We were very happy with our stay at the Domus Henrici. The area is quiet at night, very close to the castle, the Strahov Monastery, and the Loreto. We asked a lot of questions, but the staff was always patient and helpful. The little terrace out back was a fine place for a glass of wine. We were just happy not to be in the middle of the tourist fray in Old Town. Not a fancy hotel, but very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We were pleased.

Fantastic hotel in prague!!! In a quiet environment and very close to the Prague Castle (a few minutes' walk). My room was spacious with a beautiful view. Clean and bright. Staff (including their driver) was very kind and friendly. About 10 minutes' walk to the city area through the Charles bridge, that means you will walk a bit up the hill on the way back. You should be fit enough to enjoy minor exercise. Actually it was fun because there are lots of shops and restaurants along the streets. Around the hotel we can find many restaurants with more reasonable prices than in the city area and if you'd like to enjoy your dinner in your room, there are a bottle shop and fast food take away shop near the hotel. Definitely I will be back to stay in this hotel in near future.

Great airport pick up and return. Thank you.
Very helpful, friendly service. Prague was extremely busy with tourists but our location was quiet and we were very glad to be there. We had tried fro a good luck room but no luck. Next time i would book a deluxe double for the extra space. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and damp so we couldn't use the lovely terrace outside our room at all.
We found the walk to the town quite easy and also walked back up - not too difficult but some might prefer the tram. Most important is that there is no elavator and you could encounter the need to walk up and down stairs - and also outside to get access to your room. We found that it was a delight to stay there.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this very nice hotel which is quiet and very well located. All the staff is very efficient and reliable (from the kind driver who picks you up at the airport to the ladies from the hotel reception). The welcome is really like if you were visiting friends. There are some minor imperfections such as : Lack of thick curtains (we were in room 4) which can wake you up in the morning if you are used to sleep in the dark, the water mixer in the shower is not good and it may be difficult to keep a constant temperature. All the rest is perfect at the level you would like all the hotels to be.

Room Tip: Even the smallest rooms are of decent size.

Thank you for your review, we are happy we were able to make you feel welcome. We know our guests might prefer darkened windows, so we have installed the blinds instead of thick curtains which tend to gather dust. The blinds can be turned to closed position. And thanks, we shall do our best to tune the hot water regulation. Warm regards, Kamila

My husband and I just spent three nights at the Domus Henrici. It was just wonderful! Many thanks to Martina who helped with the reservation and to two very helpful girls, Lucie & Camilla, who answered all our questions. They referred us to great local restaurants, suggested the tram to use if we needed and really made us feel at home. Milan, our driver, was waiting for us on the train platform when we arrived and promptly loaded our bags into the car and drove us to the hotel (small fee for this service). Although the hotel is a bit of a walk from all the sights and may be a challenge for some, it was worth every step each afternoon to return to this QUIET and wonderful gem!
We did have a bit of a problem with the hot and cold water in the bathroom but it worked out fine. Also, note that there is not a closet (we were in Room #1) and not a place to put suitcases which we kept on the floor. These are minor inconveniences and we still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something a little off the beaten path with beautiful views and a warm, welcoming feel!

Room Tip: No closet or place to set suitcases in Room 1.
