Location wise a good hotel as it is in Wincelas square and close to shopping, old town square, restaurants etc. The hotel however was tired yet clean. Rooms were small with single beds put together to make a double but barely enough room to walk in front of the bed. Awkward access to the room having to take two different lifts. Beds were very uncomfortable and also the pillows very flat. Breakfast was buffet but quite reasonable selection of fodd. I would not recommend this hotel to others except for location.

Room Tip: check the access to your room. mine required taking two different lifts which was very awkward

Dear "MeatnPotatoes",
thank you for your review here. If you prefer one big bed there is always a possibility to let us know so we can give you a room with one. Unfortunately our building is diveded into three towers that is why some of the rooms are accessible only via taking another elevator on first floor.

Kind regards

Hi there,
Ramada at namesti, city centre Prague 1 is one of the finest value for money hotels I've been in so far in Europe. It certainly does the justice with the stars it ascertains with.
May be it was due to the fact that I had a pretty good promo price by chance when I was visiting Prague but what ever it was, the over all sum of there offers was really worth while. First the basic most was pricing, a 5 star in the price of a 3 star. I had a king size double bed room for only €80 euros which every where else was on an average for €175-€200. Then €80 also had free breakfast in it so it was another saving of good €15 seeing to the size of breakfast buffet.
Well to sum it up, it was real value for money with reference to what they were offering and the facility they have, like washrooms, rooms, dinning etc etc everything was perfect.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. My wife and I stayed there for 5 days. The room was small. It was a single room converted to suit a couple. On one occasion, there was confusion during breakfast. All tables were full. But to make matters worse, there was not enough food, The hotel did not have enough forks, knives , table spoons and mugs!!! Whe we asked the waiters, they completely ignored our claims. I was even asked to pay for a bar of chocolate which I did not take from the room mini bar. Also when you go in the hotel check the items in the mini bar.

Dear Charles,
thank you for sharing your opinion on TripAdvisor network. I can assure you that non of our rooms are conversions. There is occasionaly possible that restaurant is full, that is why we open our lounge next to the restaurant so our guests won't have to wait. All the food and any other equipment is refilled continuously as per Ramada standard.

Kind regards
