We stayed in a junior suite - these have a bedroom & bathroom up stairs & a sitting room & main bathroom downstairs. The stay was pleasant, the staff helpful & the included breakfast good with a reasonable level of variety. Our only complaints were that the building site next door (which is not the hotel's fault was pretty loud), the bed a but too firm for both of us and the stair case to the upper level of the suite a bit hair-raising (we wouldn't recommend these suites for someone with young children, has mobility issues or don't like heights!).

Neither my friend nor I had been to Prague before and we took the advice of our travel agent who found your boutique hotel for us! What a wonderful find! We had input in a location as we wanted to be walking distance to most of the things that we were interested in seeing and doing.
It was perfect! We found the staff readily helpful at the desk and also in the dining room where we always were made to feel very welcome with very pleasant smiling and helpful staff.
We loved Prague and wish we could have stayed longer!
We had the added bonus of meeting your General Manager, Luca Sebastianelli who we feel was most interested in our travel stories and we in his! He seems to be a man very suited to this position. Keep up the good work, would love a return visit!

Room Tip: Because of the location of the hotel I imagine that any room would be suitable for a stay. We had a...

Rooms were excellent: we had a superior and it was more like the suites in most other capitals. Hotels are relatively cheap in Prague so for a few nights it's worth splashing out for what you get in return for the extra money. High-quality furnishings and fixtures, very, very spacious rooms and a few minutes walk to all the main sights in the heart of Prague. Good breakfast: I'm a fruit, yogurt and toast person but enjoyed some of the hot food too. Very reasonable coffee, not proper espresso but the German-style machines that froth the milk properly: and if your itching for a real one without leaving the hotel, the Liberty Cafe is in the entrance hall upstairs. Only downsides: no wifi in rooms but available round reception; no loading/unloading directly outside as it's in a pedestrian area but the hotel provides a porter service right out to your taxi about 20-30 m away. There was some renovation work next door when we stayed but I always carry a set of those little yellow earplugs in case I need them for a good night's sleep.

Room Tip: We had the room on the first floor overlooking the entrance - huge in comparison to similar prices i...

A review wouldn't be complete without complaints, aint it? Ok, here's mine. The heater located near the window does NOT radiate heat. In fact, the towel rack heater produces more heat. Called front desk. Said heater was working fine. Provided blankets. Secondly, though this is not the hotel's fault, there is a renovation underway in the next building. The sound of the jackhammer starts as early as 7:25 AM. Can be as annoying as our neighbor's dog that barks all day long!

The room (Room 18) itself is not spacious but big enough for two, has lots of closet space, is tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast is satisfactory but would be better if menu is changed once in a while. The baguette and espresso are excellent however. So if you are a late riser, you can skip breakfast and go to Wenceslas Square. There you can enjoy a grilled sausage, a Trdelnik and a cup of Starbucks coffee to start your day.

If there's any consolation, we also visited Vienna and Budapest during this trip. Of all the three hotels we stayed at, overall, Liberty Hotel is the best!

We arrived by train and took the underground from Havni Nadrazi, changed at Museum then next stop at Mustek. Then look for the 28 Rijna exit from the underground. When we walked out we were right in front of the Liberty Hotel so was a breeze to get to. The hotel is situated in a very good area with lots of action, shops and restaurants, markets and only a few minutes to the old town square. The room was very well appointed, the staff extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good. The reception also sent us to an excellent brewery restaurant only a short walk away called Novomestsky Pivovar and we had a great night there. Staff could not do enough for us , they were great. Would definitely recommend.

It's always a bit of a chance when booking a hotel-sight unseen!!! The Hotel Liberty exceeded our expectations!! The rooms are nicely appointed, the hotel conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants & historic sites & the Liberty over all exudes a feeling of old world charm with a modern touch!! The breakfast room is charming even though located downstairs & the breakfast choices ample & nicely presented. The first morning at breakfast I found myself jet lagged & standing in front of a sophisticated coffee machine with several choices. As if by magic, a delightful "breakfast general" (I use that term with warmth & appreciation) appeared to walk me through each step so I didn't embarrass myself!! He ran a tight ship in all respects & it made for a delightful experience & a lovely start to each day!! My husband & I enjoyed our 6 night stay & hope to return again. I highly recommend Hotel Liberty!!

Room Tip: Our room was great, I really cannot comment on other room locations. However, I will say that while...

Rooms are well appointed with most amenities available.
Staff friendly and helpful. Good location close to shops and restaurants. Left my phone charging cable in room when checking out. Staff retrieved it and made effort to get it back to me!
