Well situated, a short stroll to large shopping center as well as a short walk to all major tourist destinations. We asked for a room with a walk in shower. Our room was very spacious with two toilets and large bathroom with separate shower and bath. The room had very high cielings and was beautifully decorated in the rococo style. TV had several English and other languages channels.
Our breakfast was included and was very substantial with many different options all good.
The staff are all friendly. The front desk was very helpful recommending good restaurants and other helpful information. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and would definatley stay here again.

We stayed at the Imperial during our stay in Prague. Very unique, each room is decorated differently. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant . Within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and city center.

We stayed here for one night after our original hotel had overbooked. Room was nice though a little darkly furnished and the door opens out into the hall which was a little weird. The bathroom was nice but on the small side and you had to climb into the bath to use the shower and it's a very deep bath so if you have mobility issues it would have been very awkward.
Had breakfast in the cafe which like the hotel name suggests is richly decorated in Art Deco style. The selection for breakfast was excellent.
WIFi was not free in the room which if we had paid for the room I would have been angry about. It was free in the lobby area.
Overall a nice hotel and located in a fairly central area but the trams are loud in the morning if you have a room facing the front.
I would not stay here again through choice as the costs for WIFI and the access for the shower were off putting. Service in the restaurant a little unfriendly also.

Room Tip: Get a room in the rear to avoid road noise and if you have mobility issues make sure you get an acce...

Very lux amenities and very good rooms and bathrooms! Breakfast was good and near centre. It is a very good choice for tourists as it is so close to centre that you go by walk.Unfortunately we had a health problem and the receptionist didn't help us a lot...Needs better personel that cares about client!

We stayed here as the final leg of our river cruise and was blown away by the level of luxury afforded to each room and area throughout the hotel. Within walking distance to many attractions including old town and a large shopping mall within 200m of the hotel. Very helpful staff.

The decor and the atmosphere are unbeatable. It's also located centrally in the old town. The waiters and waitresses were better than any other one we've experienced in Prague. Don't be alarmed by the outside look of the hotel/restaurant. Inside it's a different world.

Stylish art deco furnishings, beautiful room, awesome bathroom. In a very good position in Prague, handy to shopping and the old town. The staff were very helpful, organising a doctor when one of us caught a virus. Gorgeous restaurant with great food. The French onion soup is fantastic :).
