“A great stay”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

I stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel on my business trip to Prague. The hotel is great located, my room was comfortable with high speed internet access and comfortable business table. The heated floor and bathtubs are great. The location could not be better – the hotel is situated in the city center and there is no problem with the car – the hotel offers valet parking for a very reasonable price, I would recommend this hotels to other business travelers.

The Art Deco Hotel is well located for a walk into Prague and can be easily reached by all the public transport including the central bus station. The staff are all more than obliged to help with anything you require and our check in was easy and fast. The bedroom itself has lovely high ceilings, a huge queen sized comfy bed and is styled in a beautiful Art Deco style. The only slight negative I will note is that the bathroom is really small, small to the point that the actual useable floor space in there is approx 3ft x 5ft! Everything is there, it just feels too small. Like other people may have mentioned, the bath is pretty large and is fairly deep, so could prove quite hazardous for some. I'm in my early 30's and I was a touch nervous about getting into it!
One more negative is the lack of free wifi in the hotel, the prices are ridiculous if you do need it. The low cost Ibis hotel down the road offers it free and so does the Starbucks opposite and in the shopping centre nearby less that 5 minutes walk away.
The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choices for all tastes, in a beautiful setting.
Apart from the bathroom and the wifi, we'd recommend the hotel to others.

I have visited Prague few weeks ago with my friends. We stayed at Art Deco Imperial- that was so amazing!!!

The hotel is really beautiful, rooms are large with comfortable beds everything is matching to luxury and comfortable atmosphere!!!

Breakfast at Café Imperial was delicious, plenty hot and cold food a lot of fruits and vegetable.

The stuff made our stay perfect. We will definitely stay in this hotel again!!

We went to Prague for our first anniversary. The hotel was large, yet had character and nice feeling about it. The rooms were standard, however the bathrooms were awash with amazing marble, clean and tiday.

We had room service one evening as we had walked so far, we couldn't walk any more, and that was also very good. Breakfast was great, I had the omelette and bacon, some fruit and nuts and seeds with peppermint tea. Really lovely, staff were friendly and couldn't have been better. Location was fine and easy to get to everything you needed to see.

Room Tip: Dont have a room at the front of the hotel, as the noise from the trams may disturb you, we were aro...

We stayed here for 3 nights in a junior suite which was a very nice room indeed with everything you would expect and more (Nespresso machine was a nice modern touch). The Hotel is in a good location right next to Palladium shopping centre and lots of independent boutiques and close to the cities squares.
Check in was fast and efficient and all the staff were professional and helpful. We used the concierge service to book a transfer to the airport and it was all very smooth.
The breakfast buffet had good variety and the Hotel interior was pretty classy with all the tiling and art deco period features.

I'd highly recommend a stay here.

Room Tip: Corner suite had a decent view and plenty of space, a nice sanctuary after a day of busy sight-seein...

The corner superior room we had was so elegant and comfortable. Excellent wifi, and bistro on ground floor superb. Will return and definitely stay here again. Staff lovely. Reception recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner on our first night - it was marvellous.

Room Tip: Room 9B is perfect and we'll ask for it next time.

Great Hotel, made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The Hotel was very quiet and relaxed (despite being busy). Spacious room with an unusual but great Decor. We done a Bed and Breakfast Tariff but on top of that would also advise at making a reservation at the Imperial Cafe for an evening dinner.
The Hotel also offered their own Taxi service, can recommend this service. Polite drivers, lovely cars and fair prices. We used it twice, once to the Castle as it was chucking it down with rain and then again to the airport.
There is a steam and sauna room under the hotel that provides some great relaxation after a day discovering the city............. Its then upstairs to the hotel bar for a great selection of cocktails.
The location is well situated and is away from any of the Stag party areas and within a short walk of some nice bars and restaurants.
Prague is small enough to do most of the sights from this hotel for anyone fairly active.
