This is a good hotel. The location is excellent: it's right around the corner from the Old Town Square and a very short walk to the Charles Bridge and the Jewish Quarter. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi and a nice breakfast (eggs, sausages, assorted breads with meats and cheeses, yogurt with fruit and granola, and pastries) are included. You can get a better deal on your room by booking early. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Room Tip: The window shades are not room darkening, so I suggest bringing an eye mask.

This hotel is rather lovely in the center of town - walking distance to everything.
Our room was on the fourth floor - top of the floor facing the inner courtyard which is also your lobby and lounge. The attic like room has a small window but high ceilings and large. The bathroom was small with a small shower and *heated* bathroom floor!!
The breakfast is included in rate and is a buffet with hot eggs (scrambled or poached) with turkey weiners and pork sausages. There are cold cuts, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit. Also you can toast your bread or cut your own loaf or take some pre-cuts. There was good fresh juice - orange or apple, hot tea, coffee, cocoa, expresso... Wifi is also free - easy to get onto and was a good strong signal - just not in the basement. Concierges were extremely helpful and courteous. The tv had CNN for English telly but honestly, we were there for naps and because of wifi, did not really use the telly.
It was walking distance to synagogues in the Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square where the Astronomical Clock is, and Charles Bridge...Kampa Island, etc.
This hotel was a great value and only 20-30 minutes to the airport!

Room Tip: If you like the high ceilings, then 4th floor is great. Super high ceilings and the rooms were decen...

I was looking forward to staying in this hotel due to the excellent reviews but I think we must have been given the worst room in the whole building. I have never complained about noise in hotels as a little is to be expected but although the rooms themslves are clean and large the noise at night was unbearable. We where on the top floor in room where the two buildings joined meaning the corridor floor creaked (a lot). This is a popular hotel and so people where coming and going all night, this meant every time someone stepped down the creaking step or walked along the corridor outside the room it woke us up as our room juddered and the noise so loud; this continued all night. I complained the next day and the hotel offered no apology or reason despite my partner and I being awake all night. This is a good hotel overall but make sure you get the right room if you want a decent nights sleep - it ruined our time in Prague. Overall I would think there are better options in prague for less money but if you want to benefit from the location pick your room well and Don't stay on the 4th floor!

We stayed here as family and group of adults, kid/ teenager and elderly for 3 days. All I can say is that this is an excellent hotel and I'll gladly stay here again next time. Will recommend it to everyone. Hotel has excellent free breakfast; well located-walking distance to astronomical clock, shops, Hard rock cafe, churches, Hop on bus, etc. Staff were helpful and accomodating, with working lifts, clean hotel, nothing negative to say. We requested taxis to some sights and airport and hotel has their own cab service with "well dressed chauffeirs" looking like "Men in black" -but very well mannered and professional drivers. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at in Europe.

Excellent location. It´s near the Astronomical clock and Old Town Square with lots of restaurants around. There´s a starbuck´s coffee near also. The breakfast is not so good (no variety) but the place is. The hotel has its own restaurant but you´ll find better options around. It´´s beside Hard Rock Cafe (on the weekends can be a little bit noisy). I recommend this hotel based on it´s perfect location and reasonable price.

Room Tip: Book the hotel in advance.

Excellent location, perfectly and sensitively reconstructed historical building. Very reasonable price, considering that you sleep next to the famous Old Town Square. Nice staff, keen to assist you. I stayed in a small but well equipped single room, wide selection in minibar, fast operating wifi. Quiet, I didn´t face any noise from the outside. Great breakfast in the cellarage. For evening walks in the downtown or for me as a fan of HardRock Cafe (next door) it is one of the best locations in Prague ! Highly recommended to everybody, I will be back soon for sure !

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in late May and we were very happy with the nice clean room, the friendly staff, and the perfect position so close to the Astromical Clock and Old Town Square. The breakfast was fabulous and was served in a beautiful old red brick cellar with domed ceilings. We only had a short walk to the Charles Bridge, the Powder Tower, and the Republic square etc. We would not hesitate to book there again.

Room Tip: Maybe a room not facing the busy front square. Our room faced the side street.
