Have just spent three nights over Easter at this hotel, it was our 9th visit to Prague and the fifth different place we have stayed, next time we go we will be staying here again.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful on arrival and whenever we needed them, we had a fairly large room on the third floor, comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom, spotlessly clean, the only downside to the room was the creaking floor, but that is part of staying in an old building and didnt really bother us at all.
The breakfast was very good, the usual ham, cheese, etc and the scrambled egg I found to be excellent, the only reason I'm not giving this hotel a five rating is the actual breakfast room, its too small and narrow, its just a shame they cant do something with it.
The hotel is in a fantastic location with a few reataurants within a couple of hundered yards of the hotel, and the Meduzzy directly next door where all hotel guests get a 10% discount on the evening meal. The tram stop for Malostranske and onwards (Ujezd) is about 50 yards to the right of the end of the street, whilst the tram stop for Andel (Svandovo Divadlo) is an equal distance to the left, bringing the whole of Prague to your doorstep via their fantastic tram system.More
