I booked a trip to Prague for my 34th wedding anniversary as an unplanned, last minute surprise for my wife.
I made telephone contact with the hotel over a couple of days and the staff I spoke with (Jakub and Michal) couldn't have been more helpful.
I booked a romantic getaway which included a candle lit dinner and 1 hour in the private jacuzzi/sauna. I then decided to book a 3rd night as an add on and was given a very good price for this.
The hotel also arranged our transfers to and from the airport and although we had a flight delay of nearly 5 hours, I kept in contact with the hotel and the pickup went smoothly.
When we arrived at the hotel (5:30 am), we were greeted outside by the receptionist who speeded up the registration process. We were then surprisingly shown to a suite (205).
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and concert tickets were booked and phone calls made on our behalf when asked.
The location is a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes from Old Town Square, so all in all no problem for accessing the popular areas we wanted to go to.
Prague is a wonderfully vibrant city and if we ever return, it will be to this hotel.More
