I just spent three nights in this hotel on a trip to Prague following a stop at the Oktoberfest in Munich. It wasn't terrible- this won't be a horror story, but the room was in the old unrenovated part of the hotel on the 4th floor (408). It had skylights rather than windows, the shower had no shower curtain which is annoying as everything gets wet, the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about and overall I feel that I would have been happier elsewhere. The hotel is 3 stops by tram from Wenceslas Square, so location isn't an issue really, but the area seems a bit depressing.
The staff were excellent however, and the price was reasonable. Everything worked and the room was cleaned daily. I would say this would be a good choice if you are going in high season and all the hotels closer to the center are too expensive, but in a city as magical as Prague i'd reccomend looking for something that will keep some of the magic alive when it's time to go to bed.
