Stayed here for 2 nights in October straight off the plane from Australia. Found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful, the same in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast for 7 euro was convenient for us on the first day, enough choices to fill you up.

We stayed in room 39 on level 1. Whilst it was not that noisy when we stayed we could see the potential for that room to be a bit noisy if there are a few people socialising downstairs in the courtyard, this would be more of a problem if the weather is warmer and you need the windows open.

First time we have been to Prague and I am not sure if theft is a problem but the safety box in the room was not bolted to the wall and could be lifted out of the wardrobe quite easily. Reception assured me they have not had any problems and the repair man would fix it. It didn't get done before we left. I may just be paranoid...

We got a smart deal and for the money we actually spent we had the best room ever! Clean, spacious, warm and cozy. And it is so central! Fantastic! The hotel has also a very nice spanish restaurant downstaira and a very friendly informations office with a sweet old lady and a very helpfull young man. Colourful premises in general, with little fake lakes and good latin vibes.

Thought the location of this hotel was just right, so booked in for 5 nights. Staff very pleasant and room was large, clean and airy although the decor was a little tired. Room 19 towards the back of the hotel was quiet with windows overlooking the internal courtyard.
Breakfast was ample with a selection of cereals, hot bacon egg sausage potatoes and a veg, toast, cold meats eggs salad fruit etc, pastries and of course fruit juice tea and coffee. Plenty of room in several dining areas. Breakfast is served in La Boca restaurant until 10 but do not leave it to the last minute as breakfast items start to be cleared away promptly at 10am as they prepare for lunch. La Boca seems to be very popular with locals. We tried it one evening along with a free drink. The food was good but to be honest not to our taste. A copy of the menu is in each room.
The booking came with airport/hotel transfers and a free tour. This 3 hour tour will take you by minibus to the top of Prague Castle and then a guided walk brings you back close to the hotel.
A tourist information office is also located in the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Salvator and we would highly recommend it.

We booked two nights at this hotel and upon our arrival they informed us that the hotel was full but that it had been arranged that we would stay in one of their apartments, which was much larger, for the same rate. The apartments were slightly further from where we wanted to stay in the city but very nice. We didn't use the kitchen but it certainly seemed more than adequate if you were to stay there for several days.

The hotel is in a good location on a small cobbled street but close to the old town and transport. Although the decor is dated, the breakfast is good and it fears overall good value. We really loved the convenience of the really good restaurant next door.

Hotel Salvator is a small but quaint hotel very conveniently located a short walk from the Old Town Square in Prague. The suite we had was 2 rooms with a king bed in one large room and a small room with a twin bed. There were 3 of us staying in this suite, myself and husband and our adult son. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had an awesome breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. The food choices were abundant and very tasty. The décor was colorful and exotic. This hotel is not fancy or eloquent, but has a quiet charm. If I ever return to Prague, I would stay at Hotel Salvator again. The price was very affordable and the location was great to get subway, sightseeing tour buses. There was a large Mall just a very short walk from the hotel and some delightful restaurants with great food close by.
