What a delightful boutique hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast selections with lots of selections. Dinner was excellent. Enjoyed the surprises we received in our room each day. Great location at bottom of St. Charles Bridge.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in here for 4 nights at the start of December. Staff is excellent, food is excellent, location is excellent. Had a taxi pick us up at the airport organised by hotel and took us straight to the door. Staff is very knowledgable and we bought your bus tickets from them, stop only 200 yards away. Would definitely recommend it.

It is located next to the Charles bridge and surrounded by heritage structures. The staff is very friendly and offer good service. All the other tourist attractions like the times square and shopping centers are close to this hotel. One enjoy walking to these places.

Room Tip: Of the two access roads for this hotel, only one of them has a parking lot.

Fully echo other reviews about the super central location of the hotel and I don't think we have come across such helpful and friendly staff for many a long year.

Our room in the hotel annex just across the cobbled road was on the fourth floor, large and with excellent bathroom with both bath and shower. Lots of historic photos on the walls and black ceiling beams to add character.

Unfortunately during our stay the modern lift was proving troublesome was out of action when we arrived, repaired in the morning, broken again in the afternoon...you get the pattern, The staff were great taking our suitcase up to our room on arrival and bringing it down on our departure. I hope for their sake the fault is permanently cured soon. Maybe they should restore one of those old fashioned mechanical lift with lattice gates, much more reliable. The staff were so apologetic and genuinely upset for the inconvenience. I guess it was actually a benefit for me by providing exercise to work off the local beers and hearty food.

Little gifts appeared in our room each evening, chocolates, fruit, small bottle of wine, really thoughtful touches which we appreciated.

Good buffet breakfast with wide choice of dishes and if you have read any of my other reviews you will know my hatred of coffee/tea machines but here real people served you with real coffee (choices) or hot water and milk for the selection of teas so I was much chuffed. In addition to "standard" orange juice you could have real orange juice with an orange squeezer machine and a plentiful supply of fresh oranges so that was splendid indeed. Needless to say my wife operated the machine for us both as had I attempted no doubt orange juice would have sprayed in all directions.

We also frequented the creperie owned by the hotel and adjoining the annex and had some super crepes with the same friendly service.

Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent small hotel, 15 minutes walk to the old town. Very cosy and comfortable, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very good buffet breakfast and we had dinner 1 night which was lovely. We were in the annex but not a problem at all. Would defo stay again, thank you.
