I stayed in Prague over the New Year 2011/2012 for 8 nights and this is my first stay in the city. The hotel is near the National Gallery and convieniently located off Wenceslas Square. It is close to transport links and areas of interest for sightseeing.
My room happened to have a double bed and it was spacious and also clean. There was a mini bar, a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The wifi was fast and the hotel provides an ethernet cable for customers who need it. My room was facing towards the back of the hotel and it was quiet.
I never had the chance to try the hotel breakfast due to the hotel restaurant being so busy in the mornings but I had a look and there was a breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. The customers seemed happy enough.
One of the best things about the hotel was the staff. They were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The next time I return to Prague, I will definately stay here again.
Some people may be put off staying in this hotel due to having 2 Cabaret clubs next door but to be fair, I was never hassled and I never sensed any negative vibes from anyone along here. I felt safe walking back to my hotel on my own at night. The same can't be said if I did that in London on a night out.More
