Stayed there for two days, hotel 5 star, staff professional, breakfast was good, only poor choice of bread. good location, metro station is 100 meters away. big soft bed.
visited also spa on top floor, nice view and sauna, but pool did not seemed trust worthy.
negative- price for wifi astonishing 5 euro per 30 min. I know there are packages with included wifi, but such price makes you smile. On metro station was good thai restaurant, for 5 euro you get 3 beers and free wifi.

Room Tip: get high (floor) for a view

We had booked an executive suite which overlooked the city of Prague. The room was very well done up and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Location wise also it is good as the metro station is just outside the hotel. Incase you are doing a hop in hop of tour the bus stops at the hotel so it is very convenient.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. It's located directly across from the subway, which is only 2 or 3 stops away from the beautiful city of Prague. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from with lovely views. The swimming pool is small but is located on 25th floor with great views. Our rate included a 30min massage and use of the pool. There is normally a fee of around €15 per person to use leisure facilities, which personally I don't feel is worth it. Also the car parking is €25 per day. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a better view

I spent two days in the hotel and must say the service was very good - the food also very good and I slept like a rock. There are two things that weren't perfect - one was the price I thought it was a tick pricey and secondly long waits at check-in and check-out. Not sure why, it doesn't really matter but that was definitely a point that needs attention.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip n September 2012. It is not centrally located and there is not much to do close by. There is however a subway station within 1-2 minutes walk which takes you right to the centre of Prague.

Check in was smooth and efficient. The hotel is very much a business hotel and there were lots of conferences going on. It is not geared towards families with younger children.

I stayed in an executive room on the 23rd floor with access to a separate breakfast area on the 22nd floor and refreshments thought the day. The choices at breakfast were adequate. I did not use the main breakfast area which may have had more variety. The executive rooms give you free WiFi access and this seemed to be pretty fast judging by the upload speeds!!

The room was just about average. The bathtub is cramped. It also drained very slowly and you could be in standing water when taking a shower.

The views from certain parts of the hotel overlooking Prague are very good.

Currently traveling through Europe on a train pass. Spent 3 nights at this modern hotel. The room has every amenity expected of a luxury hotel. The king size bed is luxuriously comfortable. Lighting is placed very cleverly to illuminate area, such as the coffee pot, the writing table, the bed, without illuminating the whole room. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with a deep tub for soaking, a glass washbasin and top, great lighting and lots of mirrors for dressing, shaving and makeup. The breakfast has a good variety of healthy options as well as the perennial favorites, sausage, bacon and eggs. The were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a two stop journey on the metro from the center of Prague. It is a simple metro system, and easy to navigate. It is also fun to buy tickets from the friendly lady at the kiosk inside the metro.

Located on a hill with a wonderful view over the city of Prague this very big hotel as a tradeoff is lacking the nearby advantage of many center city hotels. Visiting for a conference I suffered from a stomach problem and had to stay two half days in my room. When asking for some camomile teabags and easy digestable salty sticks or equivalent this became a running problem for the roomservice staff. Apparently it must have been an overstraining request which resulted in two unfriendly servants and little help since they neither had any dry salty stuff nor a clear consome. Instead I received dry bread which eventually was doing the job. Breakfast is fine but the young staff is poorly trained and with few english skills (never ask). Senior people in contrast are very friendly, understand/express well and therefore are helpful. Facit = ask supervisors only. When doing so I even had a fax to Switzerland at no charge, surprisingly and ground transportation was booked perfectly by chef of transport ;-) Rooms are o.k. and the conference facility is average. Food is good.
