Walked to the Park from our accomodation in Sparta... The autumn leaves made the park a joy to just walk around. My daughter enjoyed playing with the leaves. We walked up the hill to enjoy the view of Prague... Picturesque and wallpaper like... A relaxing evening spent.

I intended to just hurry through the park to get a look at the Metronom on my way to Prague Castle and I ended up taking an hour to wander around looking at various sculptures and enjoying the view overlooking the river Vlatava and the roofs of Prague. There are many scenic overlook points and the park is quite peaceful. Many locals walking their dogs, a few musicians playing guitars, etc. Very nicely paved pathways makes for the easiest walking in Prague. Good for joggers, too. (Cobblestones everywhere in the city makes jogging and even prolonged walking difficult.)

Walked view Letna Park on way to Troja Palace. View into Prague good. Graffiti on marble is different but then it is a controversial place having once had a large statue of Stalin that was blown up.

Just what I said in the title. The park is nice but a little boring. The view of Prague is great but not the best. The beer garden is ok, but its a nice place to relax.

All parks in Prague are beautiful.
Taking a stroll in the Letna park overlooking the river and the bridges is especially magical at night.
We like to come every time we are back in Prague.

The Beer Garden there is very popular with tourists, but my husband won't go, he read somewhere that the beer is served in plastic cups. Not sure if it's true, we did not have time to check it out.
The Metronome on the top of the hill has been repaired and it moves again.
The Hanavsky Pavilon seemed somewhat abandoned...

we mostly go for the views...
