This stunning Gothic Cathedral was a highlight of our trip to Prague. The stained glass and mosaics are incredible. We bought the combo ticket for the castle and churches. This was our favorite. Get there early and make sure to walk around outside to view the cathedral from different angles. The park grounds are beautiful as well. We spent 3.5 hours exploring the area.

It is definitely worth to pay the price to enter in this church. From the outside it looks fantastic by itself, with an imposing structure and elaborate Gothic decorations. The inside is even better, with wonderful stained glasses and mosaics.

Darkened stone outside, but lighter inside. All the stained glass windows are reasonably new. Might be large by Czech standards, but really nothing special as Cathedrals go ! As part of the Castle it is worth a visit.

Normally I don't really get excited by churches, but this one was really breathtakingly beautiful. Although it was freezing cold and my feet began to hurt, I stayed almost 2 hours in the cathedral to take in all the details.
definetely worth a visit

The steep walk up to the place is worth it to see st vitus cathedral
The architecture is amazing . One tip is to bring water with you as there is no where inside the place grounds to drink!
There are plenty of cafes outside the palace. You should give yourself at least half a day to explore this wonderful palace
