“Not worth the Korunas”
Reviewed August 13, 2014

The museum is not as great as you would think. It's like a small corridor full of prints. The prints are spectacular, but I was expecting a bit more, like jewelry. The video was too long and since it was summer, it was not very comfortable watching through it all.
I would rather spend the time and just a bit more money for a full ticket to the Castle.

“It should be bigger and better”
Reviewed August 7, 2014

In comparison with the huge number of souvenirs Czech's sell to tourists with Mucha's art on it , this museum is small and doesn't contain a lot of Mucha's work... only two rooms with posters does not exactly create a good memory of Mucha !

“If you enjoy art you should see it.”
Reviewed July 30, 2014

Our family likes art and we liked going to this museum. It is not very large but was very good. It had many works of the artist with other personal items as well. Make sure you see the film about the artist. It was very informative. Some may think that a museum for the price should be a large exhibit. I feel, when I am traveling that I don't want to spend all or half a day in one place. This gave you a good understanding of the artist and his work.

“Bad surprise”
Reviewed July 30, 2014

If you have never ever met with the art of Mucha, you can visit the museum. But if you know Mucha's art, do not waste your time and money, doesn't worth it. It is a really poor, small, old fashioned exhibition without real curator work, with little art. Prague should create better memory for Mucha.
