“Love at first sight”
Reviewed November 28, 2012

I've visited may times before the Mucha Museum in Prague, and it's always one of the best experiences in this city. It happens to be a habit of mine.

Since it never gets boring, they made the exhibition's full with informations about the artist himself, his family, and the works of course. I find it quite fascinating to see all these artworks in one place. You can watch a film about Mucha in the last hall, which is actually worth to see! Very interesting, and useful, even if you're not in the arts that much. The museum is full with paintings, drawings, and even with the objects that Mucha made in art deco. You can see the famous works and the lesser ones as well.

The museum's shop is also worth to see: you can't resist to buy some souvenirs for your family, or for yourself. Anyway, I never can.

Reviewed November 27, 2012

Go and see the small collection of ALPHONSE MUCHA not to far from the old square and the powder house...... the video at this exhibit is really interesting..not to be missed. As soon as you see these works of art you will know them.....

“Made me fall in love with his work”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

Its not a large collection of his work, but a well balanced one. If your a fan of art nouveau its definitely worth visiting and the bio video they have of Mucha is also well done. I went to the museum on a solo visit to Prague and even though its small, i stayed well over an hour.

“worth seeing”
Reviewed November 17, 2012

I really loved his art and enjoyed my visit. My only complaint was that I wished there was more of his larger pieces. The gift shop had very good selection of gifts.

“Must see”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

Not a very large place, but worth spending your time. Nice collection of Mucha's work, and a lot of his personal belongings. It was very interesting to see different part of his life, than only art
