I liked profesional services, very nice equipped room with nice view. The food was very delicious and the presentation of the food was really awsome. Location is in the city centre. There are lots of bars, monuments and green areas around this hotel. The prices are little bit higher but I can recommend this hotel...

We arrived in Prague just in time to witness the worse flooding in 70 years. And, the Four Seasons has the perfect river front location! You can walk everywhere to all the main tourist attractions, exclusive designer stores, and the tourist-souvenir shops. The staff is extremely competent without being aloof, stand-offish. The rooms are nice appointed. The restaurant is excellent and we did not think it was expensive for the quality of the food and service received. Despite the rains, we had a wonderful time in a special city in a special hotel.

Room Tip: Reserve a river front room.......great views of the Charles Bridge, the Castle, and the river

We stayed here for two nights on a stopover checkin went well and we were told that we had a two category upgrade to a newly renovated room i asked if this was a river view room and he said no and started a spiel on an upgrade package but stopped mid way thru when he released he had no rooms available seems like a program sell.

Went to the room was nice we had breakfast good service and food but expensive by Prague standards
I organised a private walking tour of the city thru the concierge which was good they were very professional. The only issue was that there was no complimentary water by the bed at turn down which was a bit bizarre considering what you pay here when i rang to query they sent a bottle up and also on the last night
A special mention to Thomas at the bar who was very friendly and good at what he does.
I would recommend this hotel for its location and overall service

Room Tip: River view room

The hotel gets a 5 out of 5 for location, which was our main reason for staying here. You can walk to the bridge, castle, it's in the middle of most sites so no need for a taxi. It's a little farther from the train station but we still easily walked. The hotel staff was friendly, no issues at all. On checkout we did have a charge from the resturant bar on the same night we ate there. but they compared signatures verified it was not ours so that ended up getting resolved quickly. They had us view some rooms for an upgrade but we did not think the expensive price tag was worth a castle view.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for two evenings. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Prague. As I was at another hotel in prague for three days prior to this one, I feel as though I got a very good feel for the city and cannot speak highly enough about the loaction of the four seasons, which is very close to the charles bridge, making nearly all of the sites walkable.

Having been to several four seasons, this one did not dissapoint in terms of service or upscale luxury. However, there was nothing unique about this hotel and it could have really been placed anywhere (the four seasons in budapest, for instance, was truely spectcular and cost about the same). Also, while it is on the river, there is no where in the hotel that offers wide views of the spectacular cityscape accross the river, unless you uograde to a river view room for a hefty 160 euros a night. I was also irritated to be gouged on some of the drink prices, such as ice tea refills at nearly $10 each ( that was a surprise I found at check out).

Again, predictable comfort and luxury from this brand, but nothing special considering the wonderfull quaint city in which it resides (hence the 3 star rating). For the price, i will suffer a bit on location and stay at the st augustines next time.

Just got back from the Four Seasons Prague. Although the rooms are just a box, the location and the service couldn't have been better.
The location is situated within blocks of the old square and the Charles Bridge, across from the castle on the river. The service was impeccable especially the concierge desk and housekeeping department.
I had a problem with my room during my long stay-12 night - and the front desk jumped on it and moved me into an upgraded room with a view. When I came back to the hotel the next night, the housekeeping staff left me a treat-brownies - as a way to say "Sorry". They didn't have to do this but I found it a nice touch.
I was on a business trip and to have this level of service helped me relax at the end of a long day. The beds were really comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague as it is truly a "Four Seasons" experience.

Room Tip: If you want a really quiet room, ask for a room over the patio restaurant

Four Seasons is known as a top chain of hotels and naturally people expect more from this hotel than any other. The Four Seasons hotel in Prague is great but it misses some details to make it perfect. For me a big disappointment was a very soft bed in combination with very high pillows, which for me means not such a good night sleep. Although a detail, I was also surprised by the grey plastic shower head. I really would not expect this in such a hotel. Thirdly the toilet paper - a single thin layer... c'mon. The last thing was a disappointing view from the window. If you don't get a room in the "right" side of the hotel you can expect the view on trams, a pub and scaffolding.

On a positive note, I really loved the crystal lamp, overall decor and the size of my room. The bath tub with a special bath salt and a bath tea were amazing too. And finally, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

In sum, at this level, details make difference and I am afraid that the Four Season Hotel in Prague still has some details to work on.

Room Tip: Try to get a room overlooking the Vltava river.
