We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Our two rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. .Breakfast had a really delicious variety of dishes. Thanks to the staff, each was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient as they recommended tours, restaurants and directions.

From the moment you arrive at this hotel you know that it will be special! Upon arrival you are offered complementary champagne to be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere in the lobby area. The hotel offers afternoon tea and small bites as well! The rooms are graciously appointed with fine linens, ample storage and updated bathroom facilities. Small things make the rooms even more enjoyable from complementary sparkling water to a lighted closet. A turn-down service is also provided.The breakfast room could pass as a fine restaurant with linens, cloth napkins and an outstanding array of fresh fruit, juices and hot and cold breakfast selections. The Unitas location makes it easy to walk the city and is close to many fine restaurants. The front desk staff are knowledgeable of area attractions and events in the city. A most enjoyable stay!
Booked this relaxed and peaceful hotel for my birthday and asked for a hotel pick up from the airport which cost 700ck (approx £25) this is a little high but worth it. Pick up was waiting for us on arrival and it took about 25 minutes. Welcome drink of fizz was offered on arrival. The receptionist noticed the date in my passport being my birthday and scurried off to make a call. I suspect she was arranging a little birthday treat as there were some chocolates in the room with a ‘happy birthday’ message which was lovely. She also gave us a free city map, highlighted the hotel and main attractions.
Positives: good location, very clean, quiet but spacious rooms, tea/coffee/kettle in the room, very comfortable beds, lovely staff, plenty of coat hangers and wardrobe space, hot shower, great breakfast served until 11am, check out 12 noon, hairdryer in bathroom with the usual toiletries and vanity set, towels changed daily even when not necessary.
Negatives: shower pressure was poor, tea/coffee not replenished in the room, free bottled water on first night only, no bar (I understand the reasons for this), late check out to 5pm costs €50, air con wasn’t very good in the room, bathroom window was overlooked and the blind needed to be permanently closed.
Overall the good points far outweigh the niggles. Other services we didn’t use were the children’s play corner and the free tea/coffee corners. We would highly recommend this hotel and thank all the staff for their warm welcome and service.
We stayed at Unitas for a long weekend over Easter and although it was full we got great service. The only issue we had was that the weather was unseasonably hot and the AC in our room wasn't working. Because it was a bank holiday they couldn't call a repair service but the reception staff did their best to help us, including moving a mobile AC unit to our room from their office. Otherwise the room was clean and well furnished, the public areas were welcoming and the breakfast each morning was good. Would definitely stay there again
We loved this hotel! The entrance is across from a police station on a quiet street, just two blocks from shopping and restaurants (Narodni street). The location is great. The rooms are beautiful and quiet, with high ceilings. Our bathroom was enormous. They serve a really wonderful breakfast (included) in a lovely setting. There is great common space in the lobby and in a large living room adjacent to the breakfast room. The staff was very helpful in providing dining recommendations, directions, and tips on getting around.
Stayed here for three nights over the Easter weekend. From check in to check out this really was the perfect hotel. Spotlessly clean and immaculate throughout. The rooms are spacious and modern with air con, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and obliging- which is a little unusual in Prague as many Czechs seem to have ‘grumpy’ as their default setting! There’s a very wide selection of excellent quality foods at the breakfast buffet as well as fluffy omelettes to order which are included in the price. The location is great and very central. To be honest we were initially worried that we might hear noise at night as we were staying over the busy easter weekend and there were the usual stag groups in town (not the hotel!). However we didn’t hear a peep from anyone and slept well- maybe because the walls are thick, it’s located in a side street and is also opposite the police station! The staff work so hard to make it such a great hotel and have so many extra thoughtful touches to give guests a special experience. I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this place. Lovely!
