Unitas is one of the best run hotels we've ever stayed at. It has understated elegance, and is spotlessly clean. Everything is geared to customer comfort from the outstanding hot and cold breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, to the tea service on each floor. At the front counter Petra took the role of our concierge, looking after all of our needs and requests. All of the staff provided professional, friendly service.

Look no further. Unitas is a great hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to everything.

From the minute we booked this hotel (on the basis of Tripadvisor reviews!) I felt confident that we had made a good choice.

Having contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to arrange airport transfers, I was impressed by the service they offered. i would thoroughly recommend the taxi transfer as it was lovely to arrive and be met and taken straight to the hotel. We arrived quite late and checked in to our large, comfortable room. Just enough time to pop out for a quick glass of wine before bed!

Breakfast was ample and delicious, the hotel is stylish and spotlessly clean. Despite being extremely central it is surprisingly quiet, we were given a room at the front of the building and slept very well on a Friday night. An issue with a vent in our bathroom meant that we had to change rooms on day two of our stay, but this was handled exceptionally well and at no point did we feel 'put out'. The second room was HUGE, and because it faced into the courtyard was very quiet. Overall I cannot fault the hotel on accommodation in any way.

We took the hotel's recommendations for dinner on night two, and were treated to an amazing meal at a family restaurant literally round the corner. We tried to visit the second recommended place on night three but despite being a rainy Sunday evening, they were fully booked! Clearly a popular choice. Everything the hotel recommended that we did we thoroughly enjoyed and felt we received great value for money.

As for Unitas Hotel itself, we felt very fortunate to have been able to stay at such an exceptional hotel and should we return to Prague would not hesitate to stay again. The reviews definitely lived up to expectations.

Room Tip: For a really peaceful nights sleep - Courtyard facing rooms would be more suitable!

We just spent 4 amazing nights at this hotel. The rooms are lovely and the staff are helpful in every way possible. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. The breakfast room is spacious and the staff were very attentive to any need one might have. The front desk staff were so helpful in signing my husband and I up for walks, tours and restaurants referrals. We arrived early in the day after 17 hours of airports ect and the amazingly kind staff at the front desk upgraded our room to a suite.

What a great place to stay in Prague! This hotel was everything we wanted and more. Great quiet location, within easy walking distance from all the sites. Outstanding service! Great breakfast. Loved the coffee/tea corner, very convenient. DVD library is a great idea - you can enjoy a movie while resting in your room. The front desk staff gave us great recommendations for the local restaurants. Each place we went to was outstanding. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Well done!

We have just returned from 4 days at the Christmas markets in Prague and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is modern with all the usual facilites you would expect in an establishment of this type. The staff are friendly, warm, helpful and very polite and do everything they can to make you feel welcome and your stay comfortable. Our room was large with high ceilings, airey and warm. Spotlessly clean and modern bathroom, wonderful breakfast buffet in very pleasant surroundings.Good WiFi throughout the building and comfortable bar area. The glass of complimentary bubbly on arrival was a lovely and welcome surprise and the little finger snacks in the afternoon are a wonderful gesture.
We were two couples staying in two double rooms, one of our friends had a birthday while we were there and on the waitress hearing this at breakfast, the four of us received a further glass of bubbly to start the day and on arriving back from our day out there was also a small present in her room. My wife left her gloves in the bar one evening and the next morning they were in the pigeon hole with our room keys. We were given such fantastic attention and had the most wonderful stay. One small point, it would nicer to tea/coffee facilites in the room although this is freely available on each landing but his does not distract from a really luxurious and pleasant stay. All four of us would totally recommend this hotel and would all love to return at a later date.

I stayed at the single room for 2 nights after a conference at the kings court hotel. I was not impressed with the single room here. The room and the bed reminded me of college dorm. It is a bit too cramp for me. I expected something better for the price I paid.

3 night stay at the Unitas and what a lovely hotel this is! I can't think of one thing they could do better, including the complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival. What a lovely touch.

Rooms are spacious, we had a lobby, bedroom and huge bathroom. Mini-bar, safe, tv, free wifi, hairdrier, toiletries, etc. Beds are big and comfy, white bedding and thick warm duvets. The windows open and there is heating/air-con remote control.

This is a spacious, quirky hotel built around a courtyard. There are info cards on the breakfast table, with the history of the place. It's decorated in white, cream, light browns. Wide corridors, light, bright rooms. It's beautiful and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was lovely - ask for omelette, pancakes, etc. They'll make them fresh for you. Lots of choice including fresh fruit salads. Breakfast is open from 7am - 11am. No rushing!

The breakfast room is stunning. It's a shame they don't open as a restaurant in the evenings, but with only 22 rooms, it's understandable.

There is a 'piano room' a lounge area where you can sit and read or use the computer. There are computers available if you haven't got your own; also a small library where you can borrow books and dvds.

The hotel provides small snacks and refreshments in the late afternoon in the reception lobby, lovely when you get back from a long day.

The hotel is spacious, with wide corridors and tea/coffee corners on every floor where you can sit or just make a drink to take back to your room.

The hotel is pretty central - we walked everywhere. We asked the staff for restaurant recommendations on 2 nights and both places were excellent.

The staff are great and there are plenty of them! The hotel seems a lot bigger than the number of rooms, although some are family suites. Reception is open 24 hours. Considering how central the hotel is, it's lovely and quiet. They don't accept stag/hen party bookings, so you don't get woken up in the early hours!

Read the reviews on this place - all these people can't be wrong. We will definitely return to the Unitas Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Couldn't be better.

Room Tip: Our room overlooked the courtyard, on the 1st floor (they called it the 2nd floor). It was lovely an...
