“Very central hotel”
Reviewed August 16, 2013 via mobile

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location - easy walk to all the main attractions of Prague - even the castle!
Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety.
No air conditioning but if you leave the windows open its ok.
The lady who checked us in wasn't very helpful but all the other staff were.
Rooms are a pretty good size and the bathroom is large.
I would probably stay here again as after exploring all of Prague it's pretty central to everything.

Our rooms were pristine at all times, and comfortable. Central location for all parts of the old city. Our stay included a dinner, which was fantastic. Breakfast was also good, staff were very helpfull throughout our stay.
I will be back.

The hotel was in perfect position for the old part of Prague. Could be bit noisy about midnight from the street but soon died down. After all it is a city hotel. Work going on across the road but certainly didn't bother us. Started after 9.00. Spotlessly clean and staff helpful. My daughter and her friend came with us and I felt it was a safe place for them to get back too. Would use it again without hesitation
Prague a most beautiful place and locals very helpful

A beautiful, clean, and perfectly located hotel. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. There are plenty of selections for everyone. I cannot say enough about the location. You can walk to everything! I would definitely stay here again.

Well worth the money. We had a great view from our room. Breakfast was huge. Service was helpful. Wi-fi worked. Location close to some major sites to visit.
Street noise at 3 or 4 AM with lids heading home but not really a bother, but more like a chuckle.
One night the cops came but politely asked them to cool it. Just like NYC...yeah right.
We will return to Prague and this hotel.

Room Tip: A higher floor has a better view.

Great place just out of the Old Town Square, really easy to get around with cheap bars off the tourist route very close...
Only downside is the noise on the side street early morning, try to get a room to the rear if you can. Fantastic break, great staff if you talk to them properly...

sadly I found the staff on reception unfriendly and unhelpful. supposedly there was free wifi throughout the hotel - I couldn't find it! I had a problem with the telephone and no-one could assist me. their English is excellent so language could not be the problem. the bar staff were more accommodating and the breakfast was good but the room was basic and my window faced a large crane at the building opposite which was derelict - no mention of that in the brochure blurb. I won't be back to prague.

Room Tip: change towels daily and don't put out towels that have holes in them. mould round the shower tr...
