“Picturesque and charming. Not to be missed.”
Reviewed November 27, 2013

A must-see for anyone who goes to Prague. Go on your own with a good guidebook, or take one of the "tips only" free tours. Enjoy the town square, the Astronomical clock, Charles Bridge, the various churches and the Spanish synagogue.

“Such A Beautiful Part of Prague”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

You will love every part of it. From the Astronomical Clock to the old churches to the entertainers
in the square. This whole area is so full of life. Sit in one of the outdoor cafes with a cafe latte, a beer or a glass of wine and enjoy your surroundings. There are so many unique restaurants and the food is delicious here and inexpensive compared to other parts of Europe. People are so friendly and helpful. Whatever you do don't miss this area, so beautiful !

“A Fairy Tale City”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

My husband and I walked and got lost in the Stare Mesto many times. How else do you see a city? I loved the authentic feel of the town. The buildings reminded me of fairy tales from the Brothers Grimm. Just walking was an experience. Prague Castle was great! My only negative was the presence of graffiti. For some reason, I did not expect that.

“Awesome-Quaint”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

It's happening here, NO RUSH and NO STRESS because the area is parked with tourists. This is ' Old Town Square', 'the Clock', 'Jewish Quarter' etc. There so much to see and do all in one place and jam-packed with tourists who are there for the same thing/soaking up the atmosphere.

This is one of my favourite place in place and i always make sure that i visit once every month.

There's Christmas Market in the square during December and people come from all over the world.

Also there are lots of eateries, cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants in the area.
English Pub: George & Dragon
Cocktail Bars: Tretters, Bugsy, James Dean, Harleys etc
Restaurants: Pravda, Nostress, Kogo (Havelska), Rybi Trh and much more

“Beautiful!”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Cosy but very crowded, even in October.Almost all the building you see are older than 600 years, and full of exiting histories. Very easy to walk around, with lots of small shops, and splendid restaurants.Went for a sightseeing by bus and boat, a splendid way to see most of the sights, without getting sore feet, and at a very low cost as well. Should have more that 4 days to explore this lovely city, so will have to come back again, soon!
