We stayed here and we were impressed particularly with the club lounge. Great food selection, nice tea service, and great selection of drinks in the evening. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the bridge and castle. Prague is a really neat city and the hilton was a great place to stay.
Definitely would recommend.

This hotel has really good location in the old down and it is easy to walk to anywhere. Hotel itself is classic with nothing too extraordinary. You can tell that it has been there for a while and it was not built yesterday. Staff is great and really helpful.

Hotel has also a conference centre. so you might think its business oriented but that is only partly true. The thing that I didn't like at all was hotels policy with internet access. you get wifi coverage 10m from reception and if you want internet elsewhere then the cost is 25 EUR per day! you would expect this kind of service in 2 star vocational hotel but not from Hilton that is business oriented. Usually wifi is free in this kind of hotels or at least in the conference centre. So Hilton hotel management, please step up to 21st century and update your policies just a little bit. Its OK to have respected old brand and interior accordingly but life goes on...

Room Tip: Pleas do ask for nonsmoking room. There are a lot of smoking rooms and if you dont say anything you...

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located for a base to spend days walking the old town and Jewish quarters. Near cafes and the train station, this hotel serves tour groups and the individual traveller well. Internet access in the lobby is complimentary.

Very convenient location near to metro, train, tram and bus stops. It's just on the eastern edge of the main Old Town but less than a 10 minute walk to the main Old Town Square.

Transfer from the airport was easy using the Airport Express bus (approx £5) which stops approx. 100m from the hotel and at a fraction of the cost of a taxi (approx £30) and significantly less than the hotel's own cars. We used the underground and bus to get back to the airport (approx.£2 in total) which was easy and a good experience.

We are Gold Hilton Honors members and we were upgraded to an Executive Room with Lounge access. This was a really nice bonus and the lounge was well stocked with snacks and complimentary drinks from 5.30pm. The lounge was always quite busy but never full. Breakfast in the lounge was fine. Small choice compared to the restaurant downstairs but well presented and well stocked. Staff were friendly and worked hard to serve drinks and snacks to the guests.

The room we were given was very large with good desk and sofa area. Bathroom was OK with combined bath / shower and good selection of toiletries. Room looked inwards so no real view but it was bright enough. Bedroom decoration was a bit "beige" and felt a little dull with no real local atmosphere but that would be the only negative comment.

Good gym and small, warm swimming pool.

Good hotel in a good location at a good price (particularly of you get an upgrade!)!

My wife and I stayed at this Hilton in August and found the service surpassed our expectations. Within 10 minutes of checking in and going up to our room, the girl who checked us in (Irena) called to make sure we were happy with the room. I am a HHonors Gold member and was upgraded to have lounge access. The staff in the lounge was extremely helpful and courteous. Adriana in particular was great with giving directions and instructions to seeing the sights.

Martin Cipa in particular far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. I had made a mistake with a reservation for our next Hilton hotel and he helped us out by calling the next Hilton and working with the reservation manager at the next hotel they came up with a terrific solution for me. Martin took care of this while my wife and I went out to do sightseeing. He clearly didn't have to do this since I made the mistake and it was my problem.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very centrally located and is within walking distance to most of the sights in Prague. There is a supermarket across the street so it is very convenient for picking up stuff. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station.

This hotel is very conveniently located to Old Town, New Town and the bridge. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Wifi is only free in the lobby and the cost in the rooms was very expensive: about $10/day. Our room 520 looked out over the front of the hotel which wasn't really much of a view as we looked at large bright signs advertising for things such as MetLife. Breakfast was buffet style with a chef making eggs and omelets. It took us a while to learn how to operate the elevators as you had to insert your room key, pull it out hoping for a green light and quickly push your floor button.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you very much for sharing your nice experience of the Hilton Prague Old Town Hotel.

I am certainly happy to learn that you were satisfied with our location, comfort and cleanliness of our guestroom and breakfast. I can confirm we offer free wi-fi in lobby, restaurant, bar, health club and executive lounge, as well as free Internet 24/07 on 3 computer stations in our internet corner as an alternative to the paid service in the guestrooms. Due to our premium location in the city centre we do not offer panoramic views from our rooms, on the other hand, as you mentioned, our bonus is that all the sights are located in walking distance from our property.

Should the road bring you to Prague again, we will be happy to have you staying with us.
