This is a nice Marriott for Europe. The rooms are sized large for Europe. I used points for 2 rooms, and was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a suite-which has never happened when using points. The manager came out and thanked me for being an Executive Platinum member, and to show their appreciation had upgraded me. It was a wonderful thing to have happen, and was truly appreciated. There was a pull out bed from the sofa in the suite, which we were worried about for sleeping, but it was not your typical sofa bed. It was very sturdy with no bars, and quite comfortable. The only issue with the room was the lack of an outlet in the bathroom. There is one, but with a very strange plug, and it says 'shavers only'.

The concierge lounge was open every day, even on the weekends (again a rarity). There was a large selection for breakfast, and a full liquor assortment was available at no charge. These amenities were very nice, and these things alone mean I will stay there on my next visit. The staff was very nice and helpful. The concierge was hit or miss. At times we had a good one, and at other times there was a concierge who seemed bothered by helping guests.

Do know that a lot of Americans stay here, so if you truly want to indulge in the Czech experience, you will not feel it here. It is close to a tram stop for transportation. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Prague.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was very comfortable. The Lounge was two floors with free Wi-Fi within the lounge as well as Ethernet connected workstations provided by the hotel. Good selection of food and drink. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location almost right across the street from the train station and a short walk to the bus station. No taxi required from either.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!!! Great hotel with outstanding staff.
Professional service throughout the facility. The location is perfect, right downtown Prague. The Executive Lounge – a bit too small but with an adequate amount of choices. We were very satisfied.

Being a Marriott, you can expect very nice rooms, all the amenities in the bathroom, great bedding etc. Rooms were, by European standards, large and comfortable. The included (at least on our plan) breakfast buffet was first rate. The special concierge breakfast was short on space and not anywhere as good as the buffet in the main dining room. Best of all was the excellent location - an easy walk to so many different places of interest.

Room Tip: Don't bother with the "concierge" level unless you get it free.

We stayed here for 3 nights in September before going on a river cruise. The hotel is nicely laid out with attractive furnishings . Had an upgrade to a suite which was very comfortable and spacious.
Breakfasts were wonderful with large selections of fresh food and hot entrees. The hotel was close to the old town and great restaurants .
Staff were accommodating and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The bed is the best! From the mattress to the linen and pillows. Perfect night of sleep. Besides, the bedroom is really cozy...The amenities are beautiful...very we'll decorated and the lounge and bar is great also. The only thing is if you get a special offer with no breakfast included, don't pay extra for the breakfast. It's 25 euros per person! Too expensive! You can have dinner at Prince restaurant with your wife/ husband for that price... Also, it's not easy to find a place to park your car close to the hotel. And of course they charge you extra for the parking if you want that... Anyway, it's a wonderful hotel!

This hotel was part of a river cruise we booked with Tauck. It was a great choice. The rooms, at least ours, was very nice with ample seating. Our view wasn't the best, but we were mostly our galavanting around the main square area anyway. Breakfast was included which was very extensive and well presented. The help at both the desk and the concierge were very friendly and helpful. As for location the hotel was around the corner from a daily market. Just walking through and browsing was enjoyable. Also in the same area were some "local" type informal restaurants. We had dinner at one which was very acceptable, beer at another where we watched lots of locals eat lunch. Nearby was the main square with lots of interesting buildings to look at. People watching was at a premium. We walked to the Charles Bridge and enjoyed the sights along the walk. On the way we stumbled across another, larger market with lots of crafts and produce. We saw several weddings and the old clock in the town square. Old Prague is a great city for walking. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Room Tip: We prefer king sized beds which they have. Also if a view is important, ask for that.
