The Prague Intercontinental is in a good location to see the sites of this beautiful city. Hotel was built in late 1970s so from the outside it looks drab but inside is very good. Rooms are clean, bright and modern. Located 2 blocks from Charles bridge and the Old Town Square. Although hotel restaurant is very pricey there are good restaurants close by than are reasonable. Recommend Peperoni's across the street. Breakfast buffet at hotel is excellent, good variety and service.
Only caution - buy Korunas (CZK) from ATM in hotel. Vendors through out Prague will take advance of you if you use Euros or US dollars. In some cases 25% increase in price if these are used.More
