We spent an amazing New Year at Le Palais hotel. The staff looked after us very well, they took our bags up to the room when we arrived, while someone gave us a little tour of the hotel. The room was large enough for 3 people. The bathroom was nice, underfloor heating! Also we enjoyed the free minibar. The building is wonderful. It is a 30min distance from the centre on foot, a five minute walk to Namesti Miru. The hotel breakfast is good. To many choice of foods, fruit, cheeses etc.
And also we enjoyed the spa downstairs. Lots of pampering treatments. The staff is absolutely profesional. cheerful and attentive.Special thanks to Petr Morch, Victor Gonzelez and Yusuf Gabana. Whey are the best. Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely recommend!!!

It is the the great hotel in wonderful city Prague. Situated in a quiet area of the big city, however not far from the city centre. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. The shuttle service to city centre is an advantage. We had a rich and tasty breakfast there. The room was cleaned and well prepared with welcome gifts, furthermore for our small daughter there were some nice presents prepared.
We can only recommend this hotel.
We stayed there for 2 nights and everything was according to our wishes.

On arrival we were greeted by Vincent a very nice person however we never received a room orientation or shown were anything was when he brought me to my room This is standard for lhw hotels. We were informed we would receive a welcome drink, I am still waiting on it . Hotel is beautiful with some fantastic staff ( lucie, Dana and Vincent ) however it is let down by other staff and quality of service, for example I tried to get into hotel last night and had to wait six minutes for doors to be opened for me ,rang room service repeatedly once I gained access to hotel but they never answered so rang reception and he informed me he could not find his colleague but when he did he would call , four minutes later I got a call and ordered food which was delivered promptly and tasted good, went to change money at reception and informed of there 10 percent commission i agreed as I needed cash but then was informed they had no cash, not five star, I am a return guest to this hotel as I travel a lot I stay in lhw hotels because there service is meant to be impeccable but I won't return to this one! Not five star

The food was gorgeous. The hotel is very authentic in its lovely old design. We walked around this beautiful city for 3 days - it really is amazing and certainly worth a visit. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I don't remember sleeping in such a comfortable bed for a very long time. Would have loved to stay a few days longer but hope to return at some stage.

It is such a wonderful place, you don't want to leave. The staff is amazing, very personable, professional and welcoming. We loved the atmosphere of the beautifully restored and designed whole house (from 1896) and the attention to detail makes it truly special. Our Christmas dinner in the restaurant Le Papillon was first rate, flavorful and creative, just a work of art served by outstanding and attentive Miroslav and Rudolf. The breakfast has many options and a wonderful hilly city view. The sauna and steam room helped with the winter cold especially combined with a massage. We loved the policy of not charging for everything and that made us feel very welcome, more like special guests than paying clients (complimentary minibar, bottle of prosecco with glasses and assortment of pralines at arrival, espresso drinks at breakfast no extra charge, room upgrade). Some might have been special attentions because we stayed for Christmas until New Year.
Some other details we loved: the heated floor in the bathroom, chocolates and slippers at bedside after turndown service, shoe polishing service, friendly and warm welcome every time we returned to the hotel, the beauty and quietness of the rooms, quality of bed linens and mattress, starting the day with great breakfast choices including local Czech bakery items and attentive service (we still remember Karel's friendly face).
The only improvement I can see: Allow smoking only in the library (separate room), so the bar area and hallway stay smoke-free. The restaurant is already smoke-free and by the way excellent, not just for breakfast :-). Thank you Miroslav and Rudolf for superior service.

We stayed 3 days last year for new years eve at The Palais hotel, in a junior suit, and i always reccomend this small palace. Was so much elegant, traditional, and hospitality in these period. When we arrive, the polite concierge, took us for a ride arround the hotel. Every corner of every room is such a beautiful and cute piece. The room was extremely comfortable, with underfloor heating. The spa was small but with an interesting selection. The breakfast lounge was beautiful, with nice views, and with delicious food everywhere. The tea time room, was so comfortable and magic too with the fireplace. That transported you to another period in the past. In general i was so glad of being there for the 2013 New year's eve. The only negative thing maybe is the location. Is a little bit far of the center, but you can go walking aswell. And there's no so much choose of restaurants next to the hotel. But i absolutely reccomend it!

Whisky presentation in hotel Le Palais Prague - Glenfiddich single malt Scotch whisky
I had nice experience in hotel Le Palais, Prague! Special Thanks to Andrie Künsli F&B and Josef Brda Executive Chef. These two guys helped me much
We tried to pair whisky Glenfiddich 12yo, 15yo, 18yo with the food and I think we did it well!
All the guests enjoyed the degustation which was enhanced by the atmosphere of library, the last room with a fireplace, in the foyer.
Thanks a lot again and I look forward to the next time!
