“Beautiful Part of Town”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

If you you trying to decide what part of town to stay in book your room in the Mala Strana. It's within walking distance to the Charles Bridge, Old Town, New Town and Prague Castle.

“lovely place to stroll”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

Malá Strana is located between the Prague castle and the left bank of the river Vltava. It is possible to appreciate its many roofs, as soon as you go down the slopes from the castle.
It's a magic place to stroll, with lovely small streets, baroque buidings, nice restaurants, cozy cafés and little shops with many souvenirs. We felt as if transported into the past. We went there twice, and the snow was falling, making everything especially beautiful. A place not to be missed.

“*TOP area *”
Reviewed March 9, 2013

Beautiful area below Castle complex, short walk to Charles Bridge. Central bit less crowded than around the old town square. Look out for symbols above houses used to identify families/trades before numbers in nerudova street, Pop into the puppet and absinthe shops, sample traditional food, take a walk through park to Strahov monestary, have a local beer and don't forget the castle tour!

“Lovely part of town”

We loved the old buildings, the statues that serve as a decor to them. You can see a lot of embassy's here, and they know how to pick a place and the building.

“Less is more”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

Perhaps the nicer side of town - well worth going to and I'm glad we stayed there rather than the old town
