The Charles Bridge is beautiful and you cannot visit Prague without seeing it. It can be a little busy in the middle of the day, so if you want the best pictures, you'll want to get there (very) early. You can also go to the top of the Towers are either end of the bridge which offer great views and pictures as well.

This bridge has history, character and statue/plaques. I can easily spend a few hours there. Just wished it was less crowded so I can get some good pics

The bridge was a cultural walk itself - a great structure, numerous statues, lovely river/city views and market stalls, it was a perfect stroll on a sunny day.

We loved Charles Bridge but it is incredibly crowded and at times difficult to make progress when walking across the bridge due to the number of tourists wishing to take photographs and also the street sellers doing portraits, caricatures, etc. As we were there in December, I imagine that it is even more crowded in the warmer weather.

Our hotel was near this bridge so we virtually went over it every time we went out. Great views over the river and some interesting statues on it. Lots of people selling things - all authorised and you weren't hassled. Buskers, and lots and lots of people. Good atmosphere. We went up the tower at the 'Lesser town ' end which gave a spectacular view.
