Quite a nice hotel only three blocks from the train station.
We really enjoyed our stay in Prague. We walked fromn the hotel to the NAtional Museum then on to Old Town. And to the second Old Town on the other side of the river. Many lovely sights in Prague.
The hotel facilities were very good. Clean rooms with good space. Good breakfast buffet.
The only down side was our room overlooked the entry area where students congregated and it got noisy at night.
The staff did calm the students so all was well.
I would recommend the hotel based on rooms, good staff and location.

Your not going to get a hotel like this in the location it is in, in any other capital city for such a good price. Now the hotel is pretty basic but it is very clean and only five minutes from both the new and old town.
We didn't opt for the breakfast but it did look basic enough and they have a lovely little bar which chages about 32Kc per 0.5L (€1.20) on the other side of the small court yard.
It was a very busy little hotel with no end of people coming and going from it and everyone seemed to be happy with it.
The only down side I found was that the receiption didn't seem to handle the booking in or checking out of a large group very well, the checking in toke about a half hour which was fine as there was 11 of us but the the checking out again became a bit odd as they could figure out what rooms we had been in and thought we had an extra room, but they were still friendly enough about it and we finely got it all solved.
All in all this is a great hotel to see Prague from, it is not a hotel to set around and relax in but perfect for traveling around a beautiful city like Prague.
Would have no problem staying here again and highly recommended to any other traveller.

Room Tip: Try for a basement room you will be away from any noise.

The only problem with this hotel was the tram noise. They run all night and all day and they were right outside our window. I've been on several sleep deprivation exercises, but never paid for one.
Other than that it was a nice place which was fairly local for the money spent.
The breakfast was pretty good too for the couple of extra quid that it cost and it was really close to the main train station should you wish to travel.

The hotel is located in the center of Prague, a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, a short distance from the train station, bus station and metro. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and speaks English. Basic room, but clean and very spacious. Large bathroom. A very affordable price.

The main train station Halvani nadrazi is 10 mins walk, arrive around 8pm for just an overnight stay, I left for Cesky Krumlov next morning. There is a computer for use, free. Staff are helpful and nice. nothing fancy. but adequate. :) asked for room facing courtyard. I have no problem with the noise. :)
