is is good location, nice room and bathroom. But - hotel is under reconstruction so quit noise from outside, not working lift. no air condition in the room. poor breakfast and could (egs, bacon, etc.). Tea and coffee was in diferend room. there are not ear sticks, cotton wool in the bathroom.

So for 3 star hotel ok, not for 4 star hotel.

The hotel is located quite close to charles bridge (2 tram stations or 10 minutes of walking). The rooms are reasonably spacious and the staff has been helpful and nice with us at all times.
What I did not like at this hotel was the cleanliness. There was an odd smell on arrival and there was dust basicly everywhere (not a lot but still). We assumed that the dust was due to the fact that there was a construction site within the hotel and let the subject to rest (however the spleep in dust is not the most restful one). Another thing I did not like was the fact that the toilet was not clean, the drain in the shower was full of hair and the towels provided seemed like they were washed but they did not look clean at all (at one time they were probably white but now they were a bit grey and with stains). Not to forget that we did not have soap for 3 out of 5 days (it needed refilling but no one did).
Other than this, the food at the breakfast was really good and plenty and as mentioned the staff was really nice.

Please do not book this hotel specially in summer. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We cancelled the 3 star hotel booking which had air condition rooms and booked this hotel. We thought that 4 start would have without any question have the air condition rooms but this was not the case. The room was so hot hence could not sleep for three nights. A 4 star hotel does also not also have a proper lobby (it was not important for us). The breakfast was also not good. They would always provide scramble eggs and not boiled and friend eggs. No juice. How can a 4 Star hotel does not have air condition rooms? It is not in 1990's when european summer temp would only be around 22 degree centigrade but due to the global warming, this is not the case now. The summer temp would be around 30 - 40 degree.

Room Tip: Our room was room no 402. The room was bit dark with small window. We could only open one side of...

The hotel is in an out-of-the-way location, yet we didn't mind the 15-20 min. walk to the Old Town. The staff was very nice and eager to help with questions. We had 3 rooms for 7 adults. The twin rooms were small. The beds were flush against the walls making them seem even smaller. The mattresses were also a bit uneven since everyone who uses them tends to sleep to one side, away from the walls. No windows, just 2 skylights. The rod that holds the showerhead was broken, making showering difficult. The weather was hot. The hotel only has 2 fans, so one room suffered with the heat. Don't know how the other hotel guests managed to stay cool. The triple room was quite nice. Roomy with a large TV. All was clean. Best thing was the food and beer in the restaurant were very inexpensive, less than one-third the price on the main square.

We got the underroof room with windows looking to the sky. All look very new and were realy comfortable. Each room is equipped with electric kettle so visitors have posibility to make coffe or tea whenever they want. Prices of drinks from minibar where very good. WI-FI woks fine. The only pity thing we found in the room was sheet with holes (of smoking).

Breackfast was a little bit poor. It is served in the new restaurant. They did not offer juice (only water with a little taste of lemon or orange and cold milk). Coffee you have to take from machine and it was not very tasty.

Reception room very small and have no any place for comfortable waiting or spending time...

And location. Is a little bit far from the center but there are two tram stops very close and metro station in 700 meters.

Room Tip: When we booked the room we made the note like: we would like the room with orange walls and green fl...

I spent just one night in this hotel, but I would rate is as a good value for what you pay. Room was nice, spacious, there was a big comfortable bed, falt screen TV, free wifi, minibar for reasonable prices, nice bathroom with immediate hot water in the 3rd floor, coffee and tea set included. There is a lack of electric plugs by the bed to charge your phone etc.
I found out that have to lock the door two times, as if you do it only one time, the door opens by itself! Walls between rooms are very thin so you hear everything said or done in the next room. There were some building works in progress, which was not comfortable in the morning, as the works were noisy.
You can get into your room by outside elevator, for which you need a room key.
Breakfast is served into your room, one plate with yoghurt, ham, cheese, salami and bread and rolls and one plate with optional scrambled eggs or hot saussages. Free choice of coffe, tea, cafe latte, cappucino and juice.
The location is in side calm street, 5 minutes walking from big shopping centre and tube, buses and tram stations. You can make a reservation for a parking spot in front of the hotel wich I really recommend, as its hard to find free parking spot.
The receptionis was very nice, check-out is till 11:15 which is quite comfy.
