Visited here in June with my girlfriend- arrived late 1.30am and flight was delayed but the owners waited for us to welcome us to the apartment. It is very spacious and looks as lovely as in the photos, very modern and well equipped (hair dryer, safety deposit box, tv, coffee machine, iron, washing machine) and kitchen was incredibly well equipped. Extremely clean and the bed is so luxurious and comfortable it was hard to wake up. Perfect and safe location and we recommend the restaurant down the road opposite murphys Irish bar for breakfast if you fancy it! Altogether a wonderful stay- would highly recommend.

Loved this place! The apartments are European size but fully stocked with towels, pillows, cable tv, cups, and a fridge. There is a grocery store cross corner to get any essentials. Great place for families or solo travelers.

Locations is a huge plus. The metro station is around the corner and a McDonalds two blocks down for any late night needs. The area has some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance, and old town Prague is only 3 subway stops away.

Tips:
1. There is also a Royal Hotel blocks down the road. We got the address mixed up when looking for directions.
2. If you take a taxi home late night they charge 2-3xs more so be prepared to spend. Otherwise it's fairly cheap to ride them.

We spent some days in Prague and stayed in this nice apartment in Mala Strana; the host provided usedul information before our arrival, and later the apartment was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Everything is new or well maintained, and we didn't anything important. The apartment is quite close to Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge, the train to mount Petrin, St. Nicholas church, etc. Also is really close to some embassys, so the area is really safe; Malotranska square is 200 meters away, and from there you have multiple tram connections
If I have to say something which could be improved is the fact that we were not allowed to use the elevator (only for owners), so be aware of it. Also take into account that (as usual in most European countries) windows have no blinds.
I really appreciated the wifi connection available for free, and the charm of the whole apartment

Absolutely new and comfortable, the owner was very helpful and nice, apartments are really central but quiet.
Only negative the three floors of stairs that after a long day of walking ...is not so nice!!!

I'll start with the few " - " things because we really had to look for them and they really do not matter. But nothing is perfect and a five-point rating is hard to achieve. The house is a bit noisy (you can hear your neighbours even though they are not noisy), you are not given the elevator password (for whatever reason???), there are no curtains (but that's generally a problem in CR) and "Castle View" is a bit...exaggerated, you can actually see the peaks of the towers from the bedroom.

BUT all that doesn't really matter because the apartment (we had the one on the third floor) is absolutely great. It's really like in the pictures advertised. It's new, it's stylish, everything works, the kitchen is well-equipped (microwave, espresso maker). And you are in the heart of the action, there are many restaurants, bars, shops and stuff just down the street or around the corner. Yet it is a considerably quiet street with a lot of history about it. If you expect hotel service be warned: the two apartments are in a Mala Strana apartment building, so the owners just show up to hand you the keys, it's like actually living in Prague! And the owner is very friendly. The place of choice for a romantic stay in Prague.
