Bit different in the concept, but nice execution. Great staff made it all work. Food was very good, though they were out of a few items for our later dinner time at 9:15PM. They were great to take a late reservation (called at 8PM when we had plans change) even though the kitchen closes at 10PM (bar closes at 11:30). good wine, reasonable price and great food. Overall atmosphere was also quite nice.

This is surely one of the best restaurants in prague, great food and local wine which in majority can be consumed by glasses. The menu is very simple becouse of using of local fresh ingrediens. Great experience, recommended! Seson

We went here on our first night in Prague. Food and service was excellent. We had to return on our last night as well.

Food was excellent. Very friendly staff. Off the main tourist streets so it's a nicer and more intimate, less "touristy" crowd. I had a cold cucumber soup the first visit. It was a mushroom soup on the 2nd night. The soups were amazing. So were the entrees.

Tip: The address is on Betlemska. But the entrance is from an adjacent side street. Watch the side streets for the entrance as you walk along Betlemska.

This was such a fun place to have dinner! The wine bar operates as a tasting room, so you can sample wines from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and France. Each time you choose a kind of wine you'd like to drink, the staff curates a tasting selection from which to choose. We had such fun sampling (and drinking) sparkling, table, and dessert wines. The food is classic country fare (e.g. coq au vin) and very nice, but the wine is really the thing to go for here.

This place is tucked back on a side street in the old town and, unlike many of the other places in the area, is not packed with tourists. They do have an English language (chalkboard) menu and a multi-lingual staff who seem to enjoy wine at least as much as the customers. Great service, delightful wines, and a wonderful look at the flavors of the region made this a really fun evening!

Done with love to wine and food. Very nice interior - basic - like a modern cellar, I love it very much. Good to go ad a couple. Ask waittors, tell them what you like / want - great selection by glasses. Visit hemingway bar close by as well!
