This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. George and Matthew, who were in charge of serving breakfast and cocktail hour, were very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent and served in an beautiful dinning area or you were given the option of room service. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Nam who was so welcoming and informative. He and the other staff at the reception always greeted us with a warm smile. The room was outstanding. It was very roomy, spotless and perfectly maintained. The bathroom was huge and included a separate shower, a tub, a bidet. The brand of shampoo, conditioner, soap body lotion was L'occitane.

The location was ideal for us. It is a few minute walk from Charles Bridge that takes you to Stare Mesto, which is the old part of the city. Mala Strana is the name of the area where the hotel is located. The hotel is located in an area that is peaceful and quiet but you are close enough to all the areas of the city. The castle and cathedral Vita are within a 10 minute walk up a hill on a quaint little street full of charming stores and cafes.

The hotel has a spa with a hot tub that was shown to us, although we didn't get to try it. It looked beautiful.

I highly recommend this hotel!!! Would certainly come back .

Only 8 rooms. I think we were in the smallest and it was still big. Attention from the staff was very high. Matthew who looked after the breakfast salon was so attentive. Hotel was just below the Prague castle walls and 2 minutes walk to Charles bridge.

Room Tip: All rooms looked great.

This hotel was within easy walking of Prague centre. We were met on arrival and welcome with a complimentary drink. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as being quiet.
The hotel itself is beautiful inside, with amazing furniture and ornaments.
Breakfast catered for all needs with both cooked and continental options and a selection of different baked goods, cereals etc. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.
Evenings were punctuated by cheese and wine in the lounge.
The sauna was excellent. Unfortunately we had no time to sample the spa treatments.
Overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience in this hotel.

We chose this hotel as a result of great reviews here. Sometimes the hype doesn't live up to the actual experience. This isn't the case with this property. From check in to check out this is a wonderful place to stay. Professional staff who are very accommodating and very interesting and comfortable rooms. The wine and cheese or breakfast is a nice way to meet fellow guests and find out about them and get ideas for your adventures. The butlers are so helpful and quickly learned we wanted to eat outside on the patio and set it up for us each morning. Whatever you need from directions to reservations for dinner or guides they will help you! It is in a great location not far from the Castle or Charles Bridge so you can explore Prague with ease from here. A great experience overall!

It's hard to describe the fantastic experience of this hotel with only words or pictures.
We were incredibly well received by all the staff who made it their primary task to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience, both of the hotel and all that this hade to offer but also of the city. This hotel needs to be experienced. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.
