We spent 4 nights here in our honeymoon trip. The room is the best I have ever stayed. It is filled with luxurious, antique funiture. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They put flower pedals on our bed and gave us complimentary champagne. The location is very good, within walking distance to all major sight.

Cannot praise this hotel enough - everything done to perfection. Walked in the beautiful lobby arriving late and was warmly greeted - blown away by the chandeliers and painted ceilings, furnishing ..and people - amazing room. Loved the location..in the embassy/parliament area beneath the castle, quiet but easy to access everything by walking...we were there 5 Nights and it became our "castle home"...beds great, extremely clean - breakfast in the dining room delicious, beautifully served and wonderful choices - we often didn't even leave the hotel until 11 or 12, it was so pleasant. GO - I found this hotel by reading the reviews on tripadvisor and it did meet up to all expectations and more. Walked by several of the other hotels we were considering and felt fortunate we had chosen this one.

It is a very nice Hotel and we will book the same Hotel if we come back to Prague. Nice location, it is at walking distance but in a quiet street just down the Castle. You fill like home in a small warm Palace.

Room Tip: It has only 8 rooms

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Alchymist Castle Suites in August and loved it! This very small hotel (only 8 rooms) is conveniently located in a very quiet street is only 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge with easy access to Prague castle.

This is a large and beautiful manor house turned in a hotel and kept all its charm: the furniture and decoration are gorgeous and it feels very intimate. The large rooms (above 30 sqm) are nicely furnished, with a free non-alcoholic minibar. There is a music room with some chairs on the 2nd floor where you can spend some time with a book. The breakfast room is lovely and there’s also a small terrace where you can have breakfast on warm summer days.

The service quality is top notch, the staff is charming and always doing its best to please. The buffet breakfast is nice (loved the yoghourt, looked like it was homemade) and you can also order a warm plate (eggs, pancakes…). We especially enjoyed the wine and cheese selection every afternoon in the music room (at 5:30 p.m.), a great way to relax after a day spent walking. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they can make arrangements with their sister hotel if needed. We didn’t try the spa for lack of time but the jaccuzi and sauna looked lovely.

We also got a complimentary transfer back to the airport, much appreciated.

This is the kind of place we love, that makes you feel special. This was our first time in Prague and we would certainly come back again!

We enjoyed one of our finest stays anywhere in the world in this small boutique hotel with just 8 guest rooms. It is located in a privately-owned mansion that has been gorgeously restored and exquisitely decorated. The service is top-notch from the moment your taxi arrives and they open the door to greet you. They accommodated all our requests efficiently and with smiling faces. The rooms are as lovely as the public spaces and the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Non-alcoholic beverages from your mini-bar are complimentary, as is a daily wine and cheese hour each evening. The location at the edge of the Castle District is fairly convenient to many of Prague's highlights, including the Charles Bridge and Old Town. You can spend more to stay in Prague, but I doubt you can get more. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms here, but if I had to single one out, I would suggest avoiding the room on th...
