Location is really great with cultural stuff and Good restaurants near. Clean rooms Heating system works very well

Tv was Not flat screen with very bad connection on audio. Ceramic stove was broken. Parts of the floor were not very clean. In my case the photos of the website were nothing to do with my apartment. Sofas was old and very hard.

The accommodation is of best possible quality. There were five of us staying and we found the place comfortable, very reasonably priced and conveniently located - a 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. Not only is the area quiet, but also it is easily navigated on foot. We had a spacious kitchen with everything one needs: kettle, microwave, coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer, dining table and a settee to relax. The living room is massive overlooking a lovely street. There is another bedroom with cupboards and drawers. The bathroom is big with a separate toilet. The apartment is conveniently located above a restaurant. There are shops nearby. A superb place to stay. If I were to return, I would stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone wishing a comfortable stay in a quieter area. It is also very clean, has wi-fi and satellite TV. Ask for a map when you check in as it took us a little time to find this gem. The staff are very helpful. There is a secure parking area, but additionally charged. Parking is free in Prague at weekends though.

We stayed just one night in Prague - but have to come back, and wish to stay at the same appartment. We knew from other reviews that the agency have different appartments, and I guess we were lucky, as this was a true gem! A two level, newly renovated, appartment with a beautiful view of the river, the Charles Bridge and the Prague castle on the hill (Pražský hrad). The old centre of the city is just around the corner. The "kitchen" is limited, so plan on eating out. Restaurants are fairly cheap though... so you should be fine :-)

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had made it longer. The apartment was well equipped, very spacious, and secure. On each email contact the staff were very prompt, with great English, and very helpful. Lovely part of Prague, close to the bridge and good local restaurants. Would def stay here again.

Stayed 12th February 2014 to 15th February 2014 with friends.

Buy a 90 minutes travel ticket from the airport for 32 CZK (£1 roughly), which is valid on all public transport for 90 minutes, use bus 119 to Dejvicka metro station then 2 stops on metro line A to Malostranska or 3 stops to Staromestska rather than 4 stops to the city centre. It's a short walk to the apartment from there. The reception staff were very helpful, spoke excellent English and provided maps with points of interest, the closest supermarket and where to go for breakfast as this is in another building.

The main building was typical Czech architecture similar to most European cities so not new build but a renovated original building and seemed solid enough, it is a pink building with a sign in the window announcing that it is Charles Bridge Apartments. We were given a handy card with door code and Wi-Fi password before being shown our room in another building.

The room we had was a three-bed apartment, two had double beds and a single and one double bed. There were plenty of towels and bedding in addition to a sitting/dining room and kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle and oven.

We booked two nights for a family of five. The address where you need to attend given on the internet is not where the apartments are. they are a short walk down the road. I was pleasantly surprised. the apartment had three bedrooms and was quite spacious (except for the kitchen). We enjoyed Prague so much we asked to stay for another night, which they allowed us to do.

The location is its best feature as you are only a short walk from the Charles Bridge. I recommend it and would stay there again in a family group.
