today at 15;20 i order one pizza to deliver at home,after waiting for a long time i call the restaurant and they didnt have any order, and they didnt believe me, so i had to resend them the confirmation email and they send me the pizza, cold btw, and i receive it at 17:25 .
im still waiting a apologize, only an small "prominte" or "sorry", but nothing,
do you think this a good customer service? this is your ideal of good service? not apologies with your customers when you makes something wrong makes you feel superior?
in any other part of the world after 2 hours waiting for a pizza it will send it for free, but here not, they charge me even the box.
