After reading mixed reviews, I was actually quite surprised by this hotel. It's very clean and well furnished. We had a very lovely and quiet room. The price was excellent and the breakfast buffet was quite nice. It's a pretty far walk away from all of the main attractions, so you need to be prepared for that. Otherwise it was a short but sweet stay.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Service is not up to your expectation from a 4-star hotel and staff were not friendly and helpful.
They don't have any air conditioning in their room (except I guess for the 6th floor) which makes it really inconvenient for the guests on hot summer days.
Breakfast was ok nothing really extraordinary.
Location is not close to the Prague 1 or old town so you would have to take the subway or walk for almost 30 mins to get to the old town.
It's relatively close to the subway station and there is a convenient store right across the hotel which is open till very late.

This was the first hotel of our vacation it located on the edge of the historical part of
Prague. Close enough to walk to far enough away from any night life noise. It had all the modern amenities while hotel had an old world feel to it. Breakfast was in the basement which felt like a wine cellar. Breakfast it self was different types of breads cheeses and hams, pastries, cereal, tea, coffee, & juice. From the airport it is a bus ride followed subway trip and 5 minute walk not as complicated as it may sound. We left by the main railway station which was just a few stop on the subway the railway station it self quit big and a little confusing. While other people have said the staff came across rude or a bit down my take was Prague people more reserved don’t take it personally

I'm pretty sure I already submitted a review but TripAdvisor is suggesting I didn't. As such I'll touch on the highlights here. Very nice staff at front desk. Helpful. Hotel close to tram/metro to take into city, however too far to walk. Hotel let me borrow adapters as I am from Canada, which was very nice of them. I missed breakfast every day because I was so jetlegged. Rooms on 6th floor have slanted ceiling, not like the pictures online. 4 star is pushing it but overall stay was very good, mostly because of friendly and helpful staff.

Great stay at Hotel Trevi. The staff is very warm and helpful. They let me borrow 2 adapters, one of which I accidentally forgot to give back. The rooms are clean and simple.

The concierge is 24/7 which is helpful when taking in the European culture and staying out till 5/6am.

Trevi is close to the tram and the metro so you can easily hop on to public transport to go anywhere in the city. Overall great stay. Thank you Trevi.
