Excellent tour and the very best way to see Prague on a short break. Very friendly guide and driver, collected us dead on time at our rented apartment in an immaculate Mercedes minibus and asked what we were interested in. Our party was a mix of ages from 4-72 and all were catered for, with well informed commentary in perfect English and a great stop in an off the tourist track cake shop for superb coffee and cakes. We saw everything at the perfect time-clock, Charles bridge, changing of guard at castle, plus most of the important sights across the city. Book this-the perfect way to see a lot in a short time, with a friendly guide who can answer any question and put everything into context and make it fun. The best way to impress friends with photos too! 100% outstanding.

For my trip to Prague, I ran across this tour online and was interested in all of the culture and history it allowed for. I was met in my hotel lobby by Veronika Velková, who I cannot say enough nice things about as a tour guide. Veronika is an excellent driver - she had to navigate the highways and back roads of the Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland in snow and ice, and dis so without a hitch.

The first stop was Terezin concentration camp, which was made even more solemn by the cold and snow. Veronika gave a full guided walk through of the camp, with dozens of historical tidbits and stories of events and daily life. After the camp, Veronika also took me to a visit of the nearby museum, with even more information on the history of Terezin as both a fortress and as a model Nazi concentration camp.

The second stop was Dresden. Amazing architecture and fascinating history, this city had it all. While this was not a comprehensive tour of the city, Veronika was able to hit all of the major sights, with stories of some of the more important buildings and statues in between. If you don't intend on visiting an exposition, and are more interested in the city architecture and history by itself, there is more than enough time here.

The last major stop is Zagan, which is famous for its proximity to the German prisoner of war camps from WW1 and WW2. Veronika took me to the POW museum there, and even helped me find the site of Stalag Luft III (especially the tunnel 'Harry') in extreme cold and several inches of snow. For a history lover and WW2 buff, this was not to be missed. To my knowledge, no other company offers such a tour.

Overall, Veronika went above and beyond what is expected of a tour guide. Not only highly experienced and well-educated in her field, Veronika is also quite funny and entertaining along the roads between these stops - very easy to relate to for travelers. This tour is truly unforgettable, and I can't recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful time on the tour with Dagmar. We wanted a tour of the Jewish Center and synogouges of Prague, and got so much more. She really sat with us and went over so much history of Prague in general and then really went into how the Jews found their place there as well. The history goes back to the early 13th century and we learned things from the very beginning and how the Jewish community in Prague is today. The Holocaust played a large role in the Jewish community in Prague as well and it was great to hear that history. The tour of the synogouges was fantastic and we got a great sense of the history of the Jews through the different temples. They all have their own museums and it was fascinating to see. Our tour guide made the tour and was very knowledgeable about almost every aspect of thehistory of Prague, and also separately the Jewish Community of Prague. Would definitiely recommend her to others for any type of tour.

We booked a two day tour of the right and left bank.Veronika was a very informative and friendly tour guide. Whenever we asked a question, she was able to respond and elaborate on anything. Her knowledge of Prague seemed endless! She can easily modify the tour to fit your interests. The little stories she told us really made our trip memorable and brought out the history. Would definitely recommend the company and Veronika!

We had limited time in the Czech Republic and we really wanted to see a couple of places outside of Prague without booking on a group tour. Our guide, Jay Pesta, made our day trip to Ceske Krumlov the highlight of our visit to Eastern Europe. His knowledge of history, politics, culture and excellent English made for a relaxing and informative day. His obvious passion for his country and its history added an extra dimension to the whole day. He tailored our trip to suit us and also generously gave us information that helped us plan the rest of our stay in the Czech Republic. An absolutely first class service!
