We approached the Plzenska beacuse we wanted to admire the beautiful Art Nouveau decorations, but we didn't want to have a large meal because it was 4 pm and we were not that hungry. So we ordered two soup and Staropopovicky beer (Czech good dark one). The waiter seemed surprised of our choice. The soup was in deed a good one. But when we had to ask for the bill thrice before we could pay and leave the restaurant. We had the impression the young waiters and the old waiter-in-chief were just ignring us for 20-30 minutes because we had ordered only the soup. It was very unpleasant, since the Plzenska seems to be a valuable, traditional restaurant located in one of the most beautiful buildings of Prague (the Obecni Dum), but with bad service.
