I really enjoyed my stay at Pushkin... The location is simply superb... Five mins from clock, lady of Tyn church, old town square.... Location is simply brilliant. The wifi is brilliant. Rooms are neat n comfortable ... They gave me the room before the usual 2pm check- in which was really very kind of them.

We stayed with 2 little kids for 5 nights in May. This place is very central. only a few steps from Charles Bridge and on a very busy touristy street, full with cafes restaurants and bars. We stayed in Appartment 1. It was very spacious, clean and good speed wifi. It was quiet, even though we were on 1st floor. The receptionist was awesome!, very accomodating, knowledgeable and generally a nice person.

There is a department store with a grocery section (Tesco) ~ 5mins walk, so you can stock up on groceries if you prefer to eat breakfast at home before leaving for the day.

overall, very good value for the money. I will be recommending this place to friends travelling to Prague.

Room Tip: If you use a wheelchair or some other mobility device, unfortunately, this place is not for you. The...

This place is at an amazing location. Just in the heart of historical area. So no doubt the best location if you are looking for central area. The rooms are clean and there is kitchen, washing machine and microwave oven and no need to say cutlery equipment. A few points you should know:

1 There is one big bed so if you are not a couple you will have to share the same bed with your companion. That i a bit annoying but OK.

2. Reception closes at 22.00. So if you arrive late, you shall apply to the cafe under the apartments (the lady there is very helpful) so just inform in advance in case of late arrival.

3. The reception staff is very friendly so be sure that they will help you for any question. There is free wifi in good speed.

4.The restaurant and cafe Puskin apply 25% discount. So if you plan to eat in a very close area in a sit-in rstaurant, that will be be that cheapest alternative. Sure you can find lots of other alterntives but in the very center restaurants are very expensive and an average meal will not be less than 15 EURO for one person.

So shortly, the place is very good choice.

I stayed here with a girlfriend over New Years Eve, 2012-2013.

We booked this place as part of a last minute trip to Prague for New Year via the Air B&B site.

We were really, really impressed.

It's location is the main selling point - it's in amongst some great wee cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from some of the top attractions.

The chap on reception was so helpful and informative. Really made us feel welcome.

Prices were very reasonably, particularly for New Years.

At one point there was a problem with the water in the building, but staff were so apologetic and helpful we weren't bothered.

I would recommend these apartments as a base to explore Prague.

Our hotel had over booked not a good start to our holiday. We were then given rooms in the Pushkin which was great. We had all mod cos it was clean, comfortable and warm. Prague is beautiful at this time of year but very cold sothe warmth was just what we needed. The food is great and you get 25% off the bil. I will stay there again next time I go to Prague.

My husband and I found this apartment through Mary's Travel (a very good agency). It was everything we were looking for: kitchen, washer, full bath/shower, free internet, with a separate bedroom, eating area, and a nice price. We were there over Christmas, and given the high season nature, we were quite pleased by the price at $85/night.

There is a stairway to get to the elevator -elevators for apartments are rare, so having this for the 3rd floor apartment was a treat - so this would be a difficult place for the wheelchair bound. We did notice that other residents were older, a couple with canes, and they seemed to navigate the stairs without much trouble.

The front desk is manned throughout the day and the staff is quite helpful. Apartment 15 is on the third floor and faces the street with a spectacular view of the city rooftops. We were never troubled by street noise. Staying at the apartment gave us a 25% discount at the associated cafe and restaurants, and we took advantage of this benefit.

Location-wise, this was great! 5 min to the Old town square, 7 min to the Charles Bridge, and 5 min to city transit. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this for 1-2 people without reservation.

Room Tip: third floor apartments give you a terrific view of the city and are well above any street noise

These apartments are located in a building constructed around the 14th. century right in the middle of Old Town on the corner of Husova and Karlova, two blocks from Old Town Square. Obviously the rooms have been updated since then. Accommodations are spacious with comfortable beds, adequate bathrooms and kitchen area with a range, fridge and limited utensils. Because these are apartments, all the rooms seem to have different layouts. The triple room was huge, the single quite small. The website shows each apartment layout. The tiny lobby attends from 08:00 to 22:00 daily and the staff are helpful and friendly. One of them spoke eight languages! The diminutive lift operates from the 1st. floor (not the ground floor), so you have to lug your baggage up one flight of stairs. You are located five blocks from a Tesco supermarket and four longish blocks from the Staromestska Metro station. One drawback was the noise of drunks carousing through the narrow echoing streets. It kept some of our group awake, others slept right through it. Breakfast is not included, but available at a special price in the restaurant adjacent to the apartments. There is a 25% discount for guests at three nearby restaurants.
