The bouncers at the door were very rude , and the manager was even worse. Someone should teach these people how to work in the hospitality business because they clearly suck at it. In my whole life I’ve never been to a place where the manager speaks to a customer so rudely . Only thing that made up for their horrible attitude was the great service of the two ladies that served us on the second floor. They’re lovely, so attentive and so welcoming.
The interior of the ground floor gives it a distinctive feel, the balcony of the second floor overlooking the first floor is also cool. Don’t be seated on the second floor , it’s very average.
We went on a night where they had a decadence event, shows were less than mediocre.

Came to Prague to enjoy the sites and food, I was given the moon lounge for a place to get a drink. Unfortunately I was pretty bummed, I reserved a table and in comments said in was my friends 40th birthday, they gave us the crappiest table in the whole place literally behind a wall. Couldn’t even enjoy anything. Plus I reserved for 4 there were only 3 chairs, so we grabbed a chair from another table and the hostess was completely rude about it saying it for other reserved tables etc even though we reserved a table for 4 so I guess one of us is just suppose to stand. Look cool service sucks and drinks are weak.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this club. I lost my ticket for the jacket and they refused to give us the jacket even though i knew my ticket number. It gets worse, the bouncers decided to throw us out in winter when on previous days it was snowing and they still kept my jacket. The bouncers were so aggressive with us 2 laddies and 1 guy. They put some kind of spray in my eyes; i could not see for some hours. We decided to leave just for the sake of safety even though we realized that my house keys were in my jacket. I lost my wallet that day and my friend lost her phone ( they later found the phone and gave it back). The worst experience i have had in Prague by far that i would never go to that place again.

Moon Club is one of the decent places in Prague where you can have a pretty good party and a good time.
The place itself is quite spacious and has two floors.
On the first floor the dancefloor is situated, a bar and plenty of tables if you want to come with friends and have some celebration.
The second floor is more for chilling, there is another bar and plenty of space if you would like to chat and relax.
It is quite elegant, so if you are looking for a place with well-dressed people Moon club is a spot.
On Friday and Saturday, it gets very busy, and the bar area gets very crowded.
My suggestion is to go to the second floor, grab a drink and go back downstairs if you do not wait for long at the bar to get a drink.
The only minus is Cloakroom - winter - autumn time it gets extra busy and sometimes you have to wait to leave or to pick up your jacket.
Tip: Come to the club earlier on busy days if you want to find an empty table and be comfotable.

Really nice atmosphere, bar was so busy but bartender was talented and prices are really reasonable. For this type of nice located club we were expected more expencive prices. So should try this club if you are in prague.
