We stayed for 4 nights at the Red and Blue Design Hotel and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are large by city standards and come complete with a plentiful supply of toiletries and the added bonus of tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast is more than adequate and the buffet was replenished regularly so that late risers still had plenty of choice. Most sights are within walking distance and there are numerous, good restaurants in the Lesser Town area of the city. The nearby fenicular railway takes you to the top of the beautiful park opposite the hotel, but if you have the energy a walk up the hill is a rewarding experience.
If you intend visiting Prague, the Red and Blue Design Hotel is an excellent base and provides very good value for your money

After reading multiple reviews for the Red and Blue Design Hotel on TripAdvisor, I decided to book based on all of the positive feedback. Absolutely no regrets as this hotel was perfect! From the start (and prior to even leaving the US for CZ), I contacted the hotel to see what the easiest way to get to the hotel was. Within a few hours, I received an email from Ondrej who provided solid advise on various ways to reach the hotel. Ultimately, we decided to use hire a car which Ondrej set up for us without any issues. After reaching the hotel, we were greeted by reception who all had smiles on their faces which is nice to see after traveling so far. Staff were amazing (in particular Lucie at reception) who were always willing to help with questions and offer advice on sights to see within the city. Let's not forget housekeeping - our room, as well as all other areas of the hotel, were kept spotless. Impeccable. The hotel is not directly in the city center but an easy 5 minute walk to trams and an easy 15 minute walk to the touristy area of Prague. I would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Prague. I look forward to staying there again when I go back! Thanks Red & Blue Design for making my stay in CZ a memorable one!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, it is not too far from the attractions, including charles bridge, old town, new town, and other attractions. We went to these attractions by walk most of the time, as Prague is too beautiful to view and walk through. When we were too tired to walk, we caught a tram, which is only 2 minutes from the hotel. The hotel provided us with tickets for trams, which was very comfortable. They also took care of all the bookings we needed to go on an excursion trip outside of Prague, for which the bus picked us up at the hotel. The hotel was clean all the time, our rooms were cleaned every day, including clean towels, new supplies for shower, etc. The rooms are modern, comfortable, colourful, and bright. Loved the shower. Staff were friendly, especially at the reception. The breakfast was good even though it had pretty much the same food nearly every day. We loved having breakfast in the patio. The hotel also had free wi-fi, which was a plus. What can I say, it was a good value for money.

We spent 5 days at the Red & Blue Design Hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were unobtrusive but were always there if you needed them and the hotel was spotless.

The rooms have a great, modern feel. We were in a red room and loved how everything had been matched perfectly, it's a small thing but you can tell they put effort into the appearance of the rooms. Our room had a comfortable bed, an immaculate on suite bathroom, television, air conditioning, mini bar and safe.

The hotel was a short walk from the Charles bridge and the old town square, but far enough away that you don't have hoards of tourists just outside your window, at all hours of the day.

After a busy day exploring the town centre the hotel was a perfect place to relax, it was quiet and the air conditioning was a necessity during our visit to Prague. We had no problem sleeping in our room which was situated at the front of the building on the 3rd floor of the building and overlooking the park across the road.

The hotel was flawless and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

My family and I stayed three nights here and it is not far from old town.
The decor is very good. the cleaning is almost perfect. Staff are friendly and very polite.
Very helpful for organising sightseeing and taxi, etc.
I recommend a Night Cruise on river which includes dinner and live music. Prague is the most beautiful city I have ever seen.

Hotel is not too far from old town and we walked every day. Charles bridge is only 15 minutes walk.
Breakfast is excellent and it is served in a nice cosy room with a garden next to it for outside eaters.
The park in front of the hotel is a must to see place and do not miss the observatory tower (Mini Eiffel Tower).
