My wife and I chose this hotel after researching, reviews, location and price. It was a perfect choice. It is close walking distance to Old Town. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
The restaurant was spacious and the food quality was excellent. The breakfast offered was extensive and very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there on our next trip to Prague.

Stayed at Jurys Inn Prague in December. The good: The hotel staff were great and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of selections. The location was great. Not far from the train station and not far from the tourist areas. The rooms are fairly large. The bad: the beds were horrible. I could feel every spring in the mattress. I did not sleep well at all. While the breakfast is really great, get down to the restaurant early as it fills up quickly

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good stay with us back in 2014. As a new general manager who took the hotel over back in 2015 I am proud to stay we worked on many improvements in our hotel in both service and product areas which all have been very well received by our guests in recent Year and improving ranking proved we have been on a good way as we most importantly cocentrate on our guests. We have for example brand new beds as of 2015. I hope if your journeys bring you back to Prague you would give us another chance.

Myself and my sister stayed in jury's inn we found it just ok. The reception staff were helpful but we were a little disappointed when we bought the hop on and hop off bus tickets at the reception we where told we would be able to use this one ticket for the 3 different routes all day but to discover when we where on the bus that two of the routes where not operating. These had stopped about two weeks beforehand. (We wouldn't have bought the tickets if we knew this as it's a small city)
We arrived in out twin room. Beds are narrow. One of the nights I woke myself up as I nearly fell out. Bedside shelving is very narrow. We cannot complain about the cleanliness. The room and the bathroom always clean. The bottles of water in room wasn't free there was a charge for them. The wifi was very slow to up grand there was also a fee.
The breakfast was poor too. The first morning we went down a staff member took our room number and never gave us a table (not busy) or never showed us around. So we sat at a table and looked around. I went to fruit and cereal, my sister went to get juice we sat down. A member of staff approached me and said a section was for a conference and wasn't to be touch I was unaware that my sister went to that table and got the juice there. We didn't know and there was no sign. Another man also made the same mistake and I overheard the staff member say something under his breath (not nice)
The breakfast staff were very quick to clear away plates and glasses. I felt a little under pressure.

Stayed at the Jurys for 3 nights from 16th January and unfortunately had to leave this morning. The hotel is of an excellent standard, clean, tidy, modern. Free wifi with a bandwidth that allows you to call and skype. Great food, service and helpful staff. Rooms are of a high standard, bar and dining prices are very competitive and quality on offer is first rate. It was our first time in Prague but hopefully won't be our last. I could write all day long about the many attributes of Prague but its suffice to say it's now top of my Euro city breaks. When we return I would definitely choose Jurys again.

Hotel was clean, room was nice, bathroom nice. Internet in your room. 20mins tops walk to old town sq. 30 mins to Charles bridge. 25 mins to Jewish qtr. 30 mins taxi to the airport.

You can book a taxi with the hotel. 680ck which is around £25

Very nice hotel, conveniently situated ten mins stroll from centre but number 8 tram takes you half way there (2 stops). Friendly check in and helpful reception. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Pillows not neck friendly? Really nice breakfast and evening meal prices were quite good for a hotel if not wanting to eat out one night. Can't fault hotel really, it ticks all the boxes and would probably return.

It took me a while wondering where to start while writing this review!!!

1. We could have paid a little more and stayed at a 4*, or even a 5*, hotel in the old town. This hotel is so overpriced for the services it provides.

2. Upon check-in, we were given one very far, extremely small room with one double bed, although the receptionist was aware of our long-stay and she could have probably given us a better room for our long stay.

3. On the very first night, we woke up at 2 a.m. of pain from the beds, that's how uncomfortable these beds were. The beds were practically the most uncomfortable beds (springs) we've ever slept on, EVER!.

4. The breakfast, which people here have written a lot about, is quite limited. Especially for us being vegetarian, the only things that can be eaten were eggs, jams and pastries. The dining area is relatively small in size and extremely crowded in the morning.

5. The room is EXTREMELY basic, the bed side tables were so small that both a book and an iPad wouldn't fit on it.

6. No slippers, paper tissues and free daily water or any other BASIC amenities available in the room, you can request them but they charge for everything.

7. The hotel was quite far from the old town, and on daily bases, a 40 mins (both ways) walk to and from the old town starts to get tiring.

8. Extremely ridiculously slow internet (0.15 MB), and you can upgrade to a relatively faster one for around $5/day.

9. In the lobby, there is a computer that guests can use to printout, check emails... etc. The thing was that it works on coins!!! Which is something that says a lot about the hotel.

10. The room service is on the hotel's channel on the television, so basically for you to order something you must have a 200 words/second reading ability to catch up with it.

11. Not even anywhere near a luxury hotel, this is an extremely budget and a very very basic hotel.

12. In a nutshell, at it says on the name, this is an "inn".

*The only positive thing about this "inn" is that it is quite clean...
*Extremely perfect for business trips, for probably no more than two nights. (Personal suggestion)
