Had found this place by accident whilst strolling around the old town, so popped in for a beer,we had a drink outside and watched people passing by. Inside there were plenty of customers eating and we became hungry, so went in and found a table by the window. I liked the fact there were blankets over the chairs near the (open) windows should you get cold, Service was not quick, but it was very busy and only one guy serving both at tables and at the bar.
The menu was very varied, with large choices of pizza, and if you wanted a pasta dish, you could choose from 6 different pasta types to put in it. I needed a change from Italian so opted for the British dish!!!!
My burger was tender and really beefy, with plenty of garnish, and the fries lightly salted and chunky. The home made coleslaw was ideal to go with it. His carbonara was really enjoyed, and both dishes were piping hot.
Along with the beers the bill came to about £15 including tip, so excellent value in all. I recommend it for a quick refuelling stop whilst exploring the old town.

My friend had a funghi risotto which was ok. My simple Margherita with buffala had canned tomatoes (not even chopped) all over it and a sample of basil, the dough was practically non-existent in the middle of the pizza (where the other ingredients were "deposited". Couldn't eat the pizza and ordered spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino - a safe choice and there the pasta was perfectly al'dente and with fresh garlic. No effort was made to reduce the price of the replacement dish. Last but not least, must pay cash or Euro - no cards accepted. Not a place I will return to.
