“awesome hotel”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

At first I can not tell if it is worth for the money because my company send me there. But I can tell this is gorgeous hotel. But I would improve a services and the staff a little bit. Hotel is in great location for tourist and also for business. I had some troubles to park car. There is no sign for first look, you have to go inside and let your car "somewhere" what is totally uneasy and uncomfortable. My room was great, clean and large.

We stayed with my wife and I for 2 nights in that Hotel, with prior arrival we contract the limousine pick up at the airport due we heard some bad comments about Prague taxi drivers at the airport, we didn't want to get ripped off..... Upon arrival the driver was there waiting for us hanging a sign board, dissent English and very friendly ( I would like to say both drivers are the most friendly staff in the hotel together with one service staff with eyeglasses at rbg restaurant) you should be proud of them!!! The other staff just ok.... Going back to airport pick up the car was good and clean but no any extra service offered such a cold bottle of water, that matter make a difference with a normal taxi driver and the water cost very cheap...

When we arrived room was not ready we had to wait about 20 min having a great illy cappuccino, once the room was ready. Even paying an extra to stay at the executive floor no one carry our luggage at the room, you should consider to hire bell boy staff and give better service to your customers...
Upon we get at the room looks a room with ikea furniture, very poor bathroom amenities, no channels like discovery, national geographic, axn, fox and others. The best at the room was the bed very comfortable long long time I didn't slept a mattress as you provide is really great!!!!
Very good and extensive breakfast really impressed and fb staff and chefs are running like a hell to make it look outstanding, congratulations to all of you for your hard work.
Overall the stay was great and I will highly recommend park inn for your holiday in Prague

I changed to the Park Inn for the last night of a business trip when the Intercontinental Hotel had no availability. I have written a review about the Intercontinental (great location ..... but) - and what a difference in service and attentive staff I experienced when I arrived in the Park Inn.
First of all: it is not as central as the Intercontinental - it is about 2 kms to the Charles Bridge, a lovely walk along the river - but you are not in the centre of Prague.
The hotel is modern and airy, I had a large room, a well appointed bath room, enough space to work - and soundproof windows. The restaurant offers an extensive breakfast buffet, the dinner menu is varied, ranging from snacks to more elaborate meals.
Compared to the Intercontinental Hotel I had the feeling that the staff in the Park Inn enjoyed their work, service was attentive and friendly. The Intercontinental wins as far as location is concerned - as far as friendly and attentive service is concerned, the Park Inn is streets ahead ! I would come back any time.

Room Tip: I had room 102 which was spacious and airy

We stayed for 3 nights. The standard room was very nice but we upgraded to an Executive Suite. This was excellent value for money. Separate bedroom with king size bed. Huge lounge with very big TV. Huge roof top terrace. Excellent aircon. Breakfast was also excellent. Only 5 minutes from the city centre by numerous trams (or walk in about 10 minutes). Unlimited daily public transport passes can be bought from reception (very cheap). Good service all round. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights at Park Inn Prague and overall we were very happy with our stay. The Check-In was fast and as a Club Carlson Gold member we received an upgrade to a "Business Room". The Business Room is very spacious and the noise in the room although located to the street was negligible because the Park Inn has double-glazed windows. The internet connection in the hotel is excellent and was also part of our upgrade. If there is anything negative to say about the hotel it would be the location. For a short trip to the city center it is definitely to far outside and also in walking distance we could not find a lot of nice restaurants for dinner.
Nevertheless I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody!

The Park inn hotel in Prague is a nice modern hotel 2 blocks away from the river and the tram station. The rooms are small but nicely and modernly decorated. The breakfast buffet is complete and includes traditional food. The price is fair for the service you get. You can accumulate points for the Carlson's Club.
