We came to Prague for a Valentines weekend away and allthough cold it was a wonderful place to be, I had hoped for snow so the buildings and the river would look amazing but no luck. We stayed in the Jurys Inn opposite FLORENC train station, ashirt walk into the centre. We did not understand the ticket machines to be able to travel underground so we walked everywhere but got sore feet.
Loved the open top bus ride around the city, well worth doing and getting on and off so you can explore areas.
A short walk over the Charles Bridge and turn into your first left and walk round you can find the famous John Lennon Wall which is totally covered in graffiti all about The Beatles and song quotes, so get your picture taken there.
We would definately visit this beautiful city again but perhaps in the summer months.
